Hello everybody, my name is Sven and i am looking for a new roommate for my appartment,
i have a room free starting from 29th of september for unlimited time in my nice apartment in wedding 1 minute walking from Ringbahn S41-S42 and U6 Ubahn and 6 minutes with bus to mainstation (hauptbahnhof)
which is a great location near everything.
You also have Kaisers, Netto, Karstadt and some really good food places a few steps away. also we have a cinema just in front of our house (see the picture)
the room is around 14
Square meters and
is furnitured with a bed and warderobe, thereby we have a shared livingroom of around 45 square meters
also we have a basement with more than enough storage for everything you dont
need in your room
The apartment is 100 sqm and will by shared with me, we used to be with a total of 3 roommates and we will be again in a few months when the business moves out of the house, but right now i need one room for my succesfull business, we have a phone refurbish business here at home
the available room can be obtained for free with a minijob with 15 hours per week, you can eventually work more hours (for more money) if you like,
the working hours will be super flexible so you can just choose whenever you want to work
Skills needed:
-Fluent german, Written and spoken
-English on basic level, you will need to be able to translate written texts from english to german, these are mainly very simple ads we use on ebay so no complicated texts
the job will be very basic and easy, it will be partially translating and partially opening phones, there are no further skills needed for this since we will teach you on the spot and its very easy
we work on a basis that you can just walk in whenever you feel like or you tell me one day before, some translation work you can even do on your own laptop from whereever you are, its important for me that there remains a flat hierarchy since we are also roommates,
we sign of the hours on the end of the month and than we see if you stilll pay something for the rent or you receive money
ofcourse it is not all working, we have a big livingroom with a 4 meter beamer screen where in the evening we usually watch some movies, drink a beer and get our friends over, in the weekend i usually go out and party with friends but everyone is always welcome to join,
also the kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed in a kitchen like microwave oven blenden for smoothies freezer fridge dishwasher etc,
also i am personally not a big fan of cleaning so we have once a week a cleaning service who cleans the appartment (except for the privat rooms) all of this is already included so there are no extra hidden costs
ofcourse you can get your anmeldebescheinigung with this appartment
