Der Wohnung ist ein 2’er WG, mit große Küche und Bad, und befindet sich im Hinterhof, bzw. du hörst die Straße nicht. Die ganze Wohnung ist vor einem Jahr komplet Renoviert und hat das schönste Holzboden.
Das Zimmer wird erstmal für 3 Monate untervermietet und wenn alles läuft, nach die 3 Monate, unbefristet.

Ich wohne in einer der besten Orten von Wedding. Top Transport- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Penny, Real, Lidl, Edeka, Kaufland und noch mehr, innerhalb von 5-10 min.
U6 Seestraße, M13, diverse Bussen alles innerhalb von 3-5 min. S-bahn Wedding in ungefähr 10 min.
Mitte in 15 min, Prenzelberg in 15-20 min und Moabit in 15 min.
Das Hood ist im Algemeinen ziemlich ruhig, mit Flohmärkte, cafes und schönen Ecken (findet man auch in Wedding ;). Zwei große Parks (Rehberg und Schillerpark) erreicht mann zu Fuss innerhalb von 5-10 min. Außerdem ist Plötzensee ca 20 min entfernt, was im Sommer schön ist.
Cosy Bars und Kneipen am fast jedem Ecke, gibst natürlich auch. Ich kann auch viele empfehlen.

The apartment is located in lovely Wedding (Mitte), my favourite (and upcoming) Berlin neighbourhood.
Within five minutes there are loads of supermarkets (incl. Real, Aldi, Lidl, etc) and of course some of the best fast food restaurants in Berlin.
We will happily recommend our preferred. 🙂
In a radius of 10-15 minutes (walking distance) you can, among other things, find many cosy bars and the lake Plötzensee.

Ich suche jemanden wer ziemlich entspannt ist und säuberlich. Aber dass mann auch ab und zu mal ein Bierchen oder Gläschen Wein zusammen trinken kann, wäre natürlich auch schön.

Important is that you are a clean, nice and easygoing person. That we could drink a beer or glas of wine now and then, is most welcome. What for me is most important, is that we can get along with each other, I am not particularly picky, as long as you dont play very loud music throughout the whole night and never ever clean, then I'm sure we can figure it out.

200€ von der Kaution sind für alle gemeinsame Möbeln (Küche, Bad und Flur). Falls du ausziehen solltest, kannst du die natürlich wieder verkaufen.

200€ from the Kaution is for all the shared furniture (kitchen, bathroom and hallway) and pots and pans and such. In case you decide to move out at some point, you can of course sell it to the next person.
