Liebe Zimmersuchende,
ich suche für mein Zimmer in unserer gemütlichen 4er-WG eine Zwischenmieterin/einen Zwischenmieter. Meine Mitbewohnerinnen Lisa, Nomin, Chloé und ich studieren oder haben zum Teil schon angefangen zu arbeiten. Ich wohne schon seit circa vier Jahren in der WG, gehe nun aber für das letzte Jahr des Medizinstudiums ins Ausland. Gesucht wird also ein viertes WG-Mitglied, entweder vom ca. 10.05.2020 - 28.02.2021 oder unbefristet, das können wir alles bei einem Tee besprechen.
Es handelt sich um ein schönes circa 25 m2 großes Altbauzimmer mit einem Balkon, auf dem man mit 2-3 Personen draußen sitzen kann. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, Umgesaltungen können aber nach Absprache gerne stattfinden. Die Wohnung ist für die zentrale Lage sehr groß mit 142 m^2 und wir haben eine Waschmaschine, eine Spülmaschine und natürlich eine voll ausgestattete Küche.

The room in our shared flat is very big and cozy and it has a balcony which easily fits 2 - 3 people. It`s fully furnished and all the storage space is empty.
Die Lage ist sehr praktisch durch die Nähe zur U-Bahn Station Seestraße. Man hat also eine sehr gute Anbindung durch die U6 und die Tram. Auch Ringbahn und U9 sind nicht weit. Zum U-Bahnhof Friedrichstraße dauert es 12 Minuten.
An der U-Bahn Seestraße gibt es Kaufland, Biocompany, Penny, DM, H u. M, Gastronomie etc.

The apartment is very well situated in Mitte/Wedding. The U6 station Seestraße is at a 4 min walking distance and it`s only one station to U9 and two stations to Ringbahn. It takes 12 min to get to Friedrichstraße. The Tram M 13 and several bus lines are right in front of the house.
There is a variety of grocery stores in the area and many nice cafés, bars, little breweries, restaurants and take-out places that are mostly very good and cheap. We love the area and even though it is not the posh and beautiful part of Berlin it is absolutely safe and always felt very welcoming.
Wir waren bis jetzt eine ausschließlich weibliche WG und würden das wahrscheinlich gerne so belassen.
Wir sind alle 22 - 25 Jahre alt und studieren Humanmedizin, Sozialwissenschaften, Politikwissenschaften, Jura oder arbeiten in einem Unternehmen, das auf Nachhaltigkeit spezialisiert ist.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und keine ausgiebeige Party-WG. Gemeinsames Kochen oder ins Theater gehen wäre jedoch sehr schön und Besuch ist natürlich immer willkommen.
Bis jetzt hatten wir ein sehr harmonisches Zuhause und da wir alle sehr beschäftigt sind tagsüber, war es immer schön und entspannend dahin abends zurückzukommen.

We are four university students studying a variety of subjects (Law, social sciences medicine etc.). We love to hang out in the kitchen together or go to the sneak preview at the movie theater next to our house, but we also work a lot and value privacy just as much as company. The apartment is a place where we really feel at home. We all speak German but it`s okay if you don`t.
Zusatzinfo: Die jährliche Nebenkostenabrechnung über Treppenhausreinigung, heißes Wasser etc. der Hausverwaltung ist hier nicht angegeben. Sie wird exakt und enstprechend der Monate in der Wohnung aufgeteilt. Es dürften aber nicht mehr als 60 Euro pro Person für das gesamte Jahr werden.
