Hello,
weil ich für ein paar Wochen verreise, vermiete ich mein schönes Zimmer im Wedding vom 26.2.-27.3. (oder ggf. etwas länger). Das Zimmer ist 14m² groß und wie ihr auf den Bildern sehen könnt, komplett möbliert.
Es hat ein großes Fenster und liegt zum Hinterhof raus, sodass es auch bei offenem Fenster super leise ist.

since I will be traveling for a couple of weeks, I rent out my beautiful room in Berlin Wedding from the 26th of Fabruary to the 27th of March (maybe a few days longer). The room is 14m² in size and is fully furnished as you can see on the pictures. It has one big window and is super quiet since it looks out to the back side of the house.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem schönen Altbau in der Sprengelstraße. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen Späti, einen Supermarkt und einige schöne Bars und Cafes. Ein Bus fährt in 2 Minuten Laufentfernung, die Bahnstationen Wedding, Leopoldplatz und Amrumer Straße erreicht man in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

The flat is located in Sprengelstraße, around the corner you find a Späti, a supermarket and some bars and cafes. There is a bus station in a 2 minutes walking distance and you reach the stations Wedding, Leopoldplatz and Amrumer Straße in about 10 minutes walking.
Du würdest in der Zeit mit meiner lieben Mitbewohnerin Verena in der Wohnung leben, sie ist 24 Jahre alt, studiert und verbringt ihre Zeit am liebsten im Theater, beim Boxen oder beim Serien gucken.

You would share the flat with my lovely flatmate Verena, she is a 24 year old student, loves going to the theater, doing boxing and watching Netflix.
Wie oben angegeben, beträgt die Miete 380€ für den gesamten Zeitraum sowie 100€ Kaution.
