Meine schöne Altbauwohnung verfügt über eine große Küche, Tageslichtbad mit Dusche und drei Zimmer.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist 22qm groß mit Dielen, hohen Decken und hat 2 Fenster. Dein Reich liegt zur Brüsselerstraße. In der Küche steht sowohl eine Waschmaschine als auch ein Geschirrspüler und auch ansonsten ist sie gut bestückt. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet, ein Bett, ein Kleiderschrank ein Sofa und ein Sideboard sind vorhanden.
My flat has three bedrooms, a big kitchen, and a small bathroom with a shower. The room I am renting out is 22qm has wooden floors, and high ceilings, it's rented out furnished with a bed, a wardrobe. The kitchen contains a dishwasher and washing machine in the kitchen.
Viel schöner wohnen kann man wohl nicht:
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Laufnähe zur U-Bahnhof Seestraße (ca. 5-7 min). Dort fährt auch die Straßenbahn und Busse. Zur Ringbahn sind es auch nur 2 U-Bahnstationen. Also ist man sehr zentral und kommt überall gut hin. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Laufnähe gegeben. Umrandet von netten kleinen Cafés, Restaurants und Spätis liegt die Wohnung in Deep Wedding. Die U9 bringt dich schnell Richtung Zoo, die Tram schnell zur U8 und mit der Ringbahn kannst du die Stadt umrunden. Supermärkte gibt es viele in der Nähe - von Rewe bis Bio Company ist für jeden Geschmack was dabei.
Die Beuth Hochschule für Technik Berlin befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (3 min), aber dank Nahverkehr ist es auch zu den anderen Unis nicht weit.
Ubahn stations of the U6 and U9 are 5 minutes walking and we have the M13 and M50 Tram and several busses in walking distance. A lot of grocery stores, cafes and restaurants are close.
Ich bin Renée und 25 Jahre alt und werde ab September beim Auslandssemester in Toulouse verbringen. Generell möchte ich, dass Menschen einziehen, die nicht nach einer Zweck WG suchen. Kommunikation ist das A und O da ich ja nicht da bin, zum Beispiel wenn mal etwas kaputt geht etc. ich werde Anfang August auch noch da sein damit man alles besprechen kann.
. Ich habe eigentlich alles was die Einrichtung betrifft. NUR FRAUEN. KEINE PAARE. KEINE RAUCHER.
