Hallo,
ich bin in dem Zeitraum vom 15.05 - 31.07.2022 nicht in Berlin und vermiete daher mein Zimmer in unserer Wohnung in Wedding.
Das Zimmer ist ziemlich groß (26m²), möbliert mit Bett, Sofaund Kleiderschrank und hat einen Balkon zur Straße heraus.
Die Küche hat einen eigenen Waschraum inklusive Wäscheständer, sodass man seine Wäsche nicht im Zimmer aufhängen muss.
Die WG liegt sehr zentral im Bezirk Wedding (Mitte). Der Ubahnhof Leopoldplatz ist zu Fuß in 3 Minuten zu erreichen.
Generell liegt Wedding sehr mittig in Berlin und durch die schnelle Anbindung an U9, U6 und die Ringbahn kommt man im Prinzip fast überall in maximal 30 Minuten hin.
Die Dichte an Infrastruktur-essiantials (Supermarkt, Bars, Döner) ist generell sehr hoch in Wedding ;).
Meine beiden Mitbewohner studieren jeweils an der IPU und der HU und sind beide sehr entspannt.
Wir drei sind befreundet und machen dementsprechend auch viel zusammen - für die kurze Zwischenmiete muss man jetzt allerdings nicht zwingend an irgendwelchen WG Aktivitäten teilnehmen.
Küche und Bad werden jede Woche einmal grund-gereingt. Das rotiert einmal die Woche.
