Hallo zusammen,
da ich im Januar für ein paar Tage verreise habe ich mein Zimmer zu vermieten. Bilder seht ihr oben und Beschreibung der Wg und Lage erfolgt unten.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus im 4.OG, ist daher auch sehr ruhig und wir haben einen hübschen Baum im Hinterhaus. Die nächsten EInkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich an der Müllerstraße, hier findet man alles. Ca. 8 Minuten entfernt gibt von Bio Company über REWE hin zu Penny und verschiedenen Essensmöglichkeiten und Schmäusereien, die das Herz so begehrt.
Die nächste U-Bahn ist die U6 Seestraße, oder die U9 Amrumerstraße - ist beides ungefähr 8 Minuten entfernt. Die Tram M13 befindet sich auch direkt vor der Tür (4-5 Minuten) entfernt und den Bus 106 gibt es auch. Also sehr viele Möglichkeiten, um nach Hause zu kommen.
Außerdem ist der Volkspark Rehberge und der Plötzensee direkt vor der Haustür, der einiges an Natur zu bieten hat. Und Bars sind im Sprengelkiez, bzw gibt es auch die Vagabundbrauerei und die Nussbreite um die Ecke.
Es ist in der Wohnung alles an Utensilien vorhanden um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu haben. Die Küche ist ausgestattet und es ist natürlich auch eine Waschmaschine. Du kannst dich gerne an Handtüchern etc. bedienen. Wenn du kommst wird meine Mitbewohnerin Marie die Schlüssel und Zimmerübergabe mit dir machen. Sie lebt auch in der Zeit dort, also wäre es schön wenn du was Lautstärke etc. angeht mit an sie denken könntest. :)
Ansonsten habe eine schöne Zeit im aufregenden Berlin!
PS: Wenn du weniger als die angegebene Zeit in Berlin bist und eine Bleibe sucht schreib mir gerne trotzdem! :)
Hey guys,
i will be on vacation for 17 days so i have my room to rent. Of course you can use all the sheets and equipment in the flat while you are there. There is WIFI and a washing machine and actually everything you need. The room has 22 qm and you can also rent it for two people. Just be aware that my bed is just 1.40 - but still comfy to sleep in it together :)
I don´t have a picture of my room yet but i will send you a picture soon.
The flat is in the backyard and you can reach it with the U6 (Seestraße) or U9 (Amrumer Straße) and for food you just go to Seestraße and will find everything :))
