Die Kaltmiete beträgt 350 EUR/Monat, Nebenkosten (einschließlich Heizung) 65 EUR/Monat, d. h. insgesamt 415 EUR/Monat. Nicht darin enthalten sind Strom, Internet und GEZ, die von den Mietern gemeinsam organisiert werden. Die Kaution beträgt 350 EUR.
ABER: Solange und soweit das Gesetz zur Mietbegrenzung im Wohnungswesen in Berlin gilt (der sogenannte „Mietendeckel“), ist der Mieter zur Zahlung von monatlich nur 177 EUR Kaltmiete verpflichtet, plus 65 EUR/Monat für Nebenkosten (einschl. Heizung).

The apartment is directly opposite a large park and 350 yards 5 walking minutes) from the nearest underground station, Rehberge (U6). The rent is 350 EUR/month, plus 65 for household costs (including heating), so a total of 415 EUR/month. Not included are electricity, internet and obligatory TV licence fee (GEZ), which are organised jointly by the residents. Deposit 350 EUR.
BUT: For as long as the new Berlin law to restrict rent levels (“Mietendeckel”) remains in place, the actual rent will be 177 EUR/month, plus 65 EUR/month for household costs (including heating).
The room is available from February 1, 2021 (or a little earlier if so wished). Viewings/interviews will be organised by the current residents.
