Hallo liebe*r Wohnungssuchende*r, du machst ein Praktikum in Berlin oder brauchst einen Unterschlupf, um etwas Dauerhaftes zu suchen? Da wir im Mai unterwegs sind,, würdest du in mein schönes Balkon-Zimmer ziehen und mit Lukas zusammenwohnen, der ebenso ein Praktikum macht. Dein Zimmer ist sehr hell und kompakt geschnitten mit direktem Zugang zum kleinen Balkon. Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderstange und Schrank sind vorhanden. Die Küche ist ca. 12qm groß, man kann also gemütlich zu zweit (oder auch mal mehr) sitzen. Wir haben natürlich eine Waschmaschine, eine Spülmaschine und was man sonst so braucht in der Küche. Toilette und Dusche sind nach Frankfurter Art getrennt und schmal geschnitten. Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhof im 4. Stock (sehr leise), aber auch die Straße ist sehr ruhig.
You need a shelter to find a longterm place to live or do an internship in Berlin? As we will be on the Road in May, you would live in my beautiful room with balcony and share the flat with Lukas, who is doing an internship. The room is very bright, fully furnished and has a direct access to the balcony. The kitchen is about 12 square meters big, so two or even more people can sit there comfortably. Of course, we have a washing machine, a dishwasher and whatever you need in the kitchen. Toilet and shower are separated and small. The apartment is located in the backyard on the 4th floor (very quiet) in a quiet street.
Die Wohnung liegt nah an der Seestraße (U6), von wo aus du in 10-15 min. zur Friedrichstr. oder zum Zoo kommst. Außerdem fahren die Straßenbahnen M13 und 50 zwischen Virchow Campus und Warschauerstr. bzw. Pankow. Hinzu kommen einige Busse.
Um die Ecke gibt es jegliche Einkaufsmöglichkeit, die man sich wünschen kann sowie diverse Kneipen und Bars. In 10 Minuten (oder 5 Minuten joggen) ist man in den sehr weitläufigen Rehbergen und noch schneller im Schillerpark. Der Plötzensee, das Mekka des Weddings, ist 15 Gehminuten entfernt.
The flat is located next to Seestraße (Metro U6), from where you can reach Friedrichstr. (eastern center) and Zoologischer Garten (western center) easily in 15 minutes. Tram lines M13 and 50 connect the Virchow hospital with Warschauerstr. and Pankow. Some busses pass by as well.
Around the corner you have various supermarkets, shops, cafés and bars. Within 10 minutes walking distance (or 5 min jogging) you will be in the beautiful Rehberge Park and Schillerpark. Lake Plötzensee is 15 minutes walking distance away.
Lukas macht ein Praktikum im Bundestag und ist sehr aufgeschlossen. Das Zusammenleben ist sehr entspannt. In der Küche gibt es immer mal nette Zusammenkünfte auf ein Bier oder gemeinsames Kochen nach Lust und Laune.
Lukas is doing an internship at the Parliament. The atmosphere is relaxed and we enjoy cooking together or drinking a beer or tea sometimes, everything optional of course.
Für den kompletten Zeitraum kostet die Miete 280€ alles inklusive. Zusätzlich hätte ich gerne eine Kaution von 150€, da ich selber eine sehr hohe Kaution zahlen musste. Die gibt's natürlich zurück, falls die Bude noch steht.
Eine Besichtigung können wir gerne online oder persönlich machen, je nachdem, wie es passt.
For the whole period the rent is 280€ all inclusive. Additionally I like to have a deposit of 150€. Of course you will get the money back if everything is ok. If you are in Berlin we are happy to meet you , if not we can meet via Skype! We are looking forward to get to know you!
