Das geräumige Zimmer ist Teil einer 2er wg, ist möbliert und hat einen einen Balkon.Ich werde Platz für Klamotten und Sachen schaffen, bevor du einziehen würdest. Es gibt auch einen trockenen Keller in dem auch du Sachen abstellen kannst. Es gibt einen entspannten Essbereich mit viel Licht und eine kleine Küche mit allem was man so braucht. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne. Es gibt eine Waschmaschiene und eine Spülmaschiene. Es ist auch genug Platz da um Wäsche aufzuhängen.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße der Müllerstraße zwischen U Bahn Seestraße (U6,M13) und U Bahn Leopoldplatz. (U6 und U9) Es gibt einige Busse. Unter anderem direkt zum Hauptbahnhof. In der Umgebung gibt es mehr als genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants/Imbisse und viele Cafes und Bars.
Du würdest mit mit meinem netten Mitbewohner zusammenwohnen. Es ist eine entspannte WG in der selbsverständlich respektvoll miteinander umgegangen wird.
Tiere sind in der WG nicht erlaubt und rauchen nur auf dem Balkon. Bitte die Wohnung regelmäßig saubermachen und bitte einmal die Woche meine Pflanzen gießen.
