Mich zieht es nach Süddeutschland und ich suche eine*n Nachmieter*in für mein schönes, lichtdurchflutetes Zimmer im Sprengelkiez. 25qm mit großen Fenstern bieten auch im Winter eine schöne Aussicht und genug Platz dich auszuleben. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet und hat einen relativ quadratischen Schnitt, der sich super für eine Schlaf-Wohn-Kombination eignet. :) Zusätzlichen Stauraum gibt's sogar noch im Flur. Mit einer kleinen gemütlichen WG-Küche, der U-Bahn-Station Amrumer Straße (U9) vor der Haustür und zwei tollen Bewohner*innen hat die WG auch sonst alles, was man sich wünschen kann
I move on to southern Germany and therefor we are looking for a new roommate. You will live in a bright, spacious room with 25sqm. You have plenty of space and - even during winter time - a lot of light in your room. There is no furniture in the room and its outline is approximately squared. There is a even more space for your belongings in the corridor and the U-Bahn Amrumer Straße (U9) is in the short walking distance of one minute. The flat is well equipped with a nice kitchen and two lovely flatmates.
Der Sprengelkiez ist sehr schön und es gibt neben dem Nordufer, und dem nahe gelegenen Plötzensee, viele Bars und Kneipen.
The area has the Plötzensee close by where you can swim in summer and many bars, pubs and restaurants.
Das WG-Leben mit Bianca (31) und Luisa (32) ist respektvoll, herzlich und entspannt. Im Alltag gehen wir unsere eigenen Wege - Bianca schreibt ihre Masterarbeit - und wenn es sich ergibt verbringen wir schöne Stunden, beim Kaffee, Essen, Tanzen... zusammen. Luisa zieht zum Jahresbeginn in unser kleines 10qm Zimmer neu ein und wird bis du Mitte Februar kommst, auch ihre Routine gefunden haben. Sie pendelt und ist von Mittwoch - Freitag ein Berlin.
Von dir wünschen wir uns: ein langfristiges Zusammenwohnen, dass du gut in unsere eigenständige, aber warmherziges Wohnamtosphäre passt, eine grundsätzliche Offenheit und Bereitschaft zum Miteinander, dass du das kleine und große Einmaleins des Haushalts kennst und mit uns allen die WG-Verantwortung trägst.
We share the flat in a relaxed, respectful and warmhearted manner. In daily life everyone follows her own routines. Bianca (31) writes her master thesis and therefor appreciates a rather calm atmosphere. Whenever its convenient to us, we spent some time having coffee, having food oder dancing... Luisa will move in the beginning of January and by mid-february, when you come, she'll have established her routines, too. She commutes for work and spend the second half of the week (wednesday to friday) in Berlin.
We want you to be: a long term flatmate, who matches our nice atmosphere, who is open-minded and willing to share responsibility as well as fun.
