Hallo Suchende,
The room in our WG is 23m2 and faces north onto the street. The double glass window and metal shutter keeps out the noise very well. The room is unfurnished.
Nearby are many supermarkets and Spätis, You can go jogging along the nearby Panke and find some nice parks not to far away. We are only 5 minutes from U-Bahn-Station Pankstraße and 10 minutes from both U-Bahn Osloer Str and S-Bahn Bornholmer . From these stations you can get either the U8 or U9 or many S bahns, it takes about 20 minutes to travel to Alexanderplatz. We also live right on the M13 and 50 trams, as well as the M27 bus.
We are Joseph (30 Student) from Australia, and Jakob (25 Police) from Berlin
We are a very relaxed household with 2 rooms that have just become free and are hoping to find some lovely new housemates to live with
Both of us have very busy lifestyles and are often not at home, but we would still like to take the time to find someone who would like to join us for a beer in the evening or spend a day relaxing in the park. Or to sit in the kitchen and talk over dinner. We are looking for someone who is open and communicative, but of course privacy is respected, and everyone likes to have their alone time. You are welcome to bring friends over whenever you like, occasionally we throw a party together.
We are looking for a reliable, clean and fun roommate. We are certainly not pedantic but of course we try and maintain a certain level of cleanliness.
