Hello Berliners!
we have 1 room available to rent in our wg:
We've been living in this apartment for a year already, so it's really cosy and we have full-equipped from the kitchen and bathroom.
The room is pretty big with 1 big window, there are white walls and "berliner" wooden floorboards. The room is half furnished and have sofa, that can be bed and small Kommode).
All costs are included in the price: heating, electricity, wifi internet connection.
The area is between Prenzlauer Berg, Wedding and Pankow.
It's 2 min from S Wollankstr., and bus station is also 2 min away.
You can easily reach Berlin Friedrichstr. (<15 min), Alexanderplatz (<18 min). The Ringbahn is two stations away, so you can easily reach any station you need!)
As for supermarkets we have Netto and Rewe 5 minutes walk from home. And Kaufland, DM is 15 min away.
Also if you travel a lot, Tegel airport is about 20 minutes away.
There r two girls living in the apartment.
We have simple rules, like keep the place clean and respect everyone’s privacy.
Ira is an architect, currently working in architecture Büro and making her Bachelor Diploma. She is a free artist and traveling lover.
Anastasia also is studying architecture. Filmmaking and music is her passions. In free time: traveling, explorers and traveling:)
