Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm groß und zum Straßenseite gelegen und ist sehr sonnig. Es wird unmöbliert vermietet.
The room is 15m2 and it's towards the street and has a lot of light coming in. It will be rented without furniture .
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Wedding, 30 Sekunden laufen vom Ubhf / Tram Seestraße (U6), die Ringbahn ist in zwei Ubahnstationen zu erreichen und U9 Leopoldplatz eine Station, U8 Osloer 5 Minuten mit Tram entfernt. In Fußentfernung liegen die Rehberge (ein größerer Park) und der Schillerpark. Es gibt nette Kneipen, viele Supermärkte usw.
The flat is situated in central Wedding, 30 seconds walking from Ubahn/Tram Seestraße (U6), Ringbahn 2 stations away and U9 Leopoldplatz 1 station, U8 Osloer 5 mins with tram away. By foot parks like Rehberge (a bigger park) and Schillerpark are easy to reach. There's nice bars around, a lot of supermarkets etc.
Wir sind eine entspannte, kreative (Ex-)Studenten LGBTQIA+ WG. Wir sind in den zwanzigern und beide irgendwo zwischen Arbeitswelt und Studium (Architektur und Fotografie). Das Wg Leben ist relativ ungezwungen.
Jeder hat seine Freiräume aber wir sitzen auch mal in der Küche zusammen. Ich suche möglichst jemanden, der berufstätig und mit Einkommen ist, aber Studenten/Praktikanten sind auch willkommen!
This is a chill, creative (ex)student LGBTQIA+ WG. We are in our twenties and we're both somewhere in-between work life and studying (architecture and photography). The WG life is easy-going. Everyone has their own space and we can all hang out together in the kitchen. I'm looking for someone who's preferably employed and has an income, but students/interns are also welcome!
Außer die Gemeinschaftsflächen und eigenes Zimmer, es gibt auch einen Keller und ein extra 8qm Zimmer die man als Lagerraum benutzen kann. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, mit Waschmaschine, Blender, Espressomaschine etc.
Der Mietvertrag wird für 2/3 Monate gemacht (als Probe) und wenn es passt gerne bei Bedarf verlängern, wir suchen für jemanden für einen langfristigen Mietvertrag.Das Einzugdatum ist flexibel, kann auch nach der erster Woche von März sein. Schreib uns gerne ob du Fragen hast, du kannst gerne zur Besichtigung der Wohnung dieses Wochenende kommen :)
Additional to the the common areas and room, we also have a cellar plus one 8m2 that can be used as storage room.
The flat is fully equipped with a washing machine, blender, espresso machine etc.
The contract will be made for 2 or 3 months (trial) and if we all agree on it we can make it longer, we re looking for someone longterm. The moving in date is flexible, can be also after the first week of March. Please write if u have questions and afterwards u can come visit the flat this weekend :)
