The room is very cosy and bright. It is 10 square meters with a king-size bed and all furniture designed to save as much space as possible.
400 EUR per month and we ask to pay 2 months rent in advance.
We are renting a room in our lovely vegan queer-friendly home in Wedding. The house is located in a quiet area and is well connected. It is super close to Amrumer Straße station U9 and Leopold pl. U8 - but more important in quarantine time - we have a huge park ten minutes walk from home. The closest späti is 5 minutes walk and there are lots of supermarkets within walking distance from us.
We are three humans (two females and one non-binary person) and two dogs (one of them is a beagle and a survivor of animal testing). We are all vegan and activists. Alessia is a gender scholar, Lex is an artist and Serena is a photographer. We are looking for another lovely queer-friendly, mental health, and disability aware vegan to join our household.
The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped. We have a dishwasher and a washing machine with a dryer. The balcony faces the backyard and it’s perfect for summer vegan dinners.
The bathroom has been recently renovated and has a comfortable bathtub.
We also have access to the basement where you can store your bike and other things.
The flat is located on the ground floor, unfortunately, the building is not wheelchair accessible.
Smoking is not allowed inside, but you are very welcome to smoke in the balcony. In the house, we speak English with each other.
