Es handelt sich um eine Altbauwohnung im 2. OG. Das Fenster in deinem Zimmer geht zum Innenhof raus und hat Mittagssonne.
Das Zimmer ist derzeit teilmöbliert, ein Bett ließe sich aber bei Bedarf besorgen ansonsten wäre auch noch Platz für eigene Möbel.
Ein Zwischenmiete wäre auch möglich.
Die Straße ist angenehm ruhig und liegt direkt an der Panke. In der Nähe fahren mehrere Busse und die U8/ U9 SBahn Wollankstr. sind gut erreichbar.
Kurz und knapp:
Wir sind eine 2er WG mit Hund und es wäre schön nicht nur nebeneinander sondern auch miteinander zu leben. Ich möchte keine Zweck-WG! Privatsphäre respektieren ist selbstverständlich. Hygiene und Sauberkeit sind mir wichtig, ordentlich muss es aber nicht sein ;)
Ob es zwischen uns passt lässt sich dann bei einem persönlichen Treffen herausfinden. Ein harmonisches WG-Leben steht an erster Stelle, nicht zuletzt dem Hund zu Liebe :)
Bitte hab Verständnis das ich nicht alle Interessenten zu uns einladen kann und schreib doch in deiner Anfrage etwas über dich, was du machst, wer du bist, wie dein Alltag aussieht, wofür du dich interessierst usw. damit ich mir ein Bild von dir machen kann. Das du gerne Freunde triffst und Musik hörst ist ganz toll, mach ich auch gern, verrät nur leider nichts über dich also sei ein bisschen kreativ ;)
