Zum 1.7. wird bei uns ein gemütliches Zimmer im Osramkiez im Wedding frei :-) Daher suchen wir eine zuverlässige, fröhliche und aktive Person mit WG-Erfahrung, die Lust hat, ein gemütliches Zuhause zu schaffen, auf WG-Leben, Blumengießen, Teilen Tischtennis im Hof und Feierabend-Bier. Es wäre schön, wenn du Lust hast, dich einzubringen und zu teilen, wenn Nachhaltigkeit und fleischlose Ernährung kein Fremdwort für dich sind, wenn du rücksichtsvoll bist und nicht scheust, Dinge anzusprechen.
Wir wohnen selbst erst seit Anfang April in der Wohnung (Neubau im Dachgeschoss) und richten die hellen und großzügigen Räume nach und nach ein, daher ist manches noch nicht ganz fertig – es ist auf jeden Fall noch viel Platz, um auch deine Ideen umzusetzen :)
Das Zimmer selbst ist nicht groß, doch bieten der große Flur & Wohnzimmer Platz für Kleiderschrank, Bücherregal oder was sonst nicht reinpasst. Wir haben auch eine kleine Abstellkammer (+Keller), in der wir Platz schaffen können. Die Fenster gehen gen Osten, d.h. du kannst den Sonnenaufgang über Berlin bestaunen. Ab Mittag und bis in den Abend sind Küche und Balkon sonnenbeschienen. Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer und Flur, und 2 Badezimmer.
Da der Rest der Wohnung recht groß ist, ist die Miete nicht ganz günstig – aber es lohnt sich.

We have a free room in Osramkiez in Wedding from 1.7. :-) Therefore we are looking for a reliable, friendly, open and active person with experience in living in a shared flat, who feels like creating a cosy home, who likes to spend time together, watering the flowers sometimes, playing table tennis in the yard and having a Feierabend beer. It would be nice if you feel like sharing, if sustainability and a vegetarian/vegan diet are not new to you, if you are considerate and not afraid to bring things up.
We have only been living in the apartment since the beginning of April and are gradually furnishing the bright and spacious rooms, so some things are not quite finished yet - there is definitely still plenty of room to realize your ideas :)
The room itself is not big, but the big hall & living room offer space for a wardrobe, bookshelf or whatever else doesn't fit in. We also have a small storage room (+basement) where we can make room. The windows face east, so you can watch the sunrise over Berlin. From noon and into the evening hours the kitchen and balcony are sunlit. We have a large living room and hall, and 2 bathrooms.
Since the rest of the apartment is quite big, the rent is not quite cheap - but it's worth it.
Die Wohnung liegt genau zwischen den U-Bahn-Stationen Osloer Straße, Nauener Platz und Seestraße. Die Straßenbahn (Osramhöfe) ist direkt vor der Tür. Um die Ecke gibt’s einen Netto & nen Späti; ansonsten sind es 3-5 Min. mit dem Fahrrad zur Seestraße, wo es alles gibt. Kneipen, Parks, Eis, Falafel und gute Pizza sind fix zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The apartment is located right between the subway stations Osloer Straße, Nauener Platz and Seestraße. The tram (Osramhöfe) is right in front of the door. Around the corner you will find Netto & Spätis; otherwise it is 3-5 minutes by bike to Seestraße, where you can get everything. Pubs, parks, ice cream, falafel and good pizza are within walking distance.
Wir sind 3 Studis, die mehr oder weniger erfolgreich an ihrer Masterarbeit schreiben und nebenbei arbeiten, und 1 Krankenschwester. Da wir aufgrund der aktuellen Situation fast ausschließlich zuhause arbeiten und viel Zeit in der Wohnung verbringen, ist uns ein harmonisches Zusammenleben und Sauberkeit sehr wichtig. Wir haben alle einen relativ regelmäßigen Tagesrhythmus und würden uns über eine*n Mitbewohner*in freuen, der*die einen nicht allzu verschiedenen Tagesrhythmus pflegt.
Bei uns ist häufig was los, wir laden alle gerne Freund*innen ein, essen oder kochen gemeinsam, gucken mal einen Film, spielen eine Runde oder sind zusammen im Park.

We are 3 students, who are more or less successful in writing our master thesis while working part-time, and 1 nurse. Due to the current situation, 3 of us work almost exclusively at home and spend a lot of time in the apartment. Therefore, a harmonious living together and cleanliness is very important to us. Right now, we all have a pretty regular schedule and would like to live with someone who doesn’t have an opposite rhythm :-)
There is often a lot going on at our place, we all like to invite friends, eat or cook together, watch a movie, play a round or go to the park together.
