The room measures 14 sqm and comes with bed, chair and chest of drawers. It has two large windows and is very bright. The flat has two bathrooms and a kitchen with dishwasher.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, der Gesundbrunnen (Ringbahn) ist in 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. U9 und U8 sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Vor Corona gab es viele nette Bars (Kater und Goldfisch, Wilma, F Bar uvm.) und leckere Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Panke fließt nicht weit von der Wohnung und bietet ein kleines Stück Natur in der Stadt.
The flat is very central, the "Gesundbrunnen" (Ringbahn) is within 10 minutes walking distance. U9 and U8 can be reached within 5 minutes. Before Corona there were many nice bars (Kaater & Goldfisch, Wilma, F Bar and many more) and delicious restaurants in the area. The Panke River is not far from the flat and offers a small piece of nature in the city.
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen werden die beiden liebenswerten Becka und Clara. In der Küche wird gern mal zusammen gegessen oder über Gott und die Welt philosophiert. Natürlich ist das kein Muss. Wenn jemand mal mehr Zeit für sich möchte, ist das auch kein Problem. Am besten lernst du die beiden einfach mal kennen und überzeugst dich selbst. Gern können wir für ein erstes Kennenlernen auch einen Video Call machen.
Your flatmates will be the two lovely Becka and Clara plus one to be chosen. In the kitchen they like to eat together or philosophize about everything. Of course this is not a must. If someone wants more time for themselves, that's no problem either. The best thing is to get to know them and see for yourself. We can also make a video call.
Die WG verfügt über 4 Zimmer, von denen wir gern 2 untervermieten möchten.
Unser Mietvertrag läuft zum 31.01. aus. Daher ist eine Laufzeit darüber hinaus leider nicht möglich. Falls du noch weitere Fragen hast, dann schreib mir gern.
