I am subletting my cozy 24sqm room. It’s spacious and bright. The window front goes out to the street including a small balcony, which is perfect for some after work drinks or just a normal hangout.
The room is furnished with a bed, shelves and a big desk.
Since I have a couple of plants (inside and outside) I would really appreciate it, if the tenant would take care of them!!
The apartment is located in Wedding Gesundbrunnen. It’s right between a couple of stations.
Tram 50, M13 is 200m away. Pankstrasse (U8) is a 5-8min walk, Osloer Straße (U8,U9) is a 10-12min walk, S-Bahnhof Bornoholmer Straße is around 10min walk and Gesundbrunnen (S41, S42) is less than 15 minutes away by foot.
The connection to Mitte, Kreuzberg and Neukölln is really quick, just as Prenzlauer Berg, which basically begins at the end of the street.
Within walking distance there are a few nice bars and cafés, just as a variety of supermarkets.
Plötzensee is also easily accessible by bike or Tram.
I myself am in southern Germany for an internship and rent my own room. The other roommate is Y, who herself only recently came to Berlin for an internship. Since I am only mediating in this case and not looking for a roommate for myself, I can only hope for a communicative and orderly person on behalf of my other subtenant. She herself is very open-minded and nice and would be at least as happy about a suitable person as I am.
