Hey everyone,
I am offering a fully furnished room as part of a 2-room international flat share! Your room is furnished in a traditional South German design of countryside wooden furniture. The monthly rent of 600€ contains water, heating, waste charges etc. Only electricity and internet have to be payed by yourself and your flatmate (ca. 100€ per month for the whole flat, 50€ per capita per month). The "Anmeldung" is possible and required. I will assist you (if needed) in getting it done quickly.
Your Room (14m2) – one person only:
The full-timber hand-painted wardrobe allows you to hang as many shirts, jackets, dresses, suits, or trousers as you like while one entire board of the wardrobe remains ready for other clothes that can be folded like pullovers, trousers, etc. In addition, your small commode gives you even more space for your clothes. In line with the overall design, the handmade squared wooden table and its three chairs invite you and your guest to have a coffee or drink in your room. The white bookshelf merges optically with the white wall below the loft bed.
The loft bed offers space for the king-size (180x200m) bed on top of the room which you reached via massive full wooden stairs. The bed frame is as well in full timber and the two brand new mattresses have two degrees of hardness depending on your preference at night. From the loft bed, you have a wonderful overview of the room and the courtyard thanks to the traditionally very high and large wooden windows in Berliner Altbau.
The location of the flat is exceptionally well connected: In 5 min. walking distance you are at the subway station U9 (Osloer Str.) and U8 (Pankstrasse). The next tram station is in 3 min. walking distance. To Alexanderplatz and Hauptbahnhof you would need 20min. via subway and to Humboldt University 30min.
Your neighborhood is characterized by the influence of many different cultures. You will find Turkish and Arabic take-away restaurants close-by but also Vietnamese restaurants and traditional German pubs and bars.
Directly on the side of the building is a little park and the Panke river where you can easily go running in the morning or have a beer or a pick-nick with some friends.
The flat is a 2-room international WG with no shared living room or community room. However, the kitchen serves well as a place to meet during the day. Each of the two rooms is independently rented out. The creation of a homely and comfortable atmosphere is very important for me.
The flat is newly renovated, newly furnished and all electric appliances are brand-new as well as all mattresses. Everything is provided from the washing machine (Siemens) to dishwasher (Bauknecht), fridge (Bauknecht), oven, cooking plates, plates, glasses, cutlery, pans, towels, bed sheets, pillows, linens, vacuum cleaner whatever you can imagine.
The price is an all inclusive concept and you don't have to think or worry about anything: Fresh water, waste water, heating, waste disposal charges etc. are all covered in the 600€ and the "Anmeldung" is possible and required. The only costs related to the flat that you will have to share with your flat mate are the internet and electricity charges (ca. 100€ per month for the whole flat, 50€ per capita per month).
