The room is around 15 square meters. It was completely renovated when I moved in: white walls, wooden floor, new windows. Because the flat is on the fourth floor the room is very bright. Due to hight ceilings it is full of air and it is always easy to breath. The room is completely furnished and has: bed, table, chairs, wardrobe, cupboard, hanger, two lamps. There is a washing machine and a fridge in the apartment.
The apartment is on the 4th floor, windows are facing the backyard. It is always very sunny, bright and calm (no cars).
The flat is located along U6 line between stations Seestr and Regberge.
What is around:
- there are 6 (yes, I'm not joking! - Edeka, ALDI, LIDL, Kaufland, Ada, Real) supermarkets within 4 minutes walk.
- three parks: Schillerspark (3 minutes walk), Goethepark, Volkspark Rehberge (has Freiluftkino/Open air cinema)
- lakes: Plötzensee (walking distance), Tegelersee (U-Bahn or bike)
- Cineplex Alhambra cinema
- there are a bunch of bars and restaurants around. If it is not enough - there are more place near the Leopoldplatz.
Transportation is very good:
- U6 (Seestr or Rehberge)
- One station from Seestr is U6/9 Leopoldplats with connection to U9
- Two station is the Ring - U/S Wedding
- Close to the building is the bus 120 (goes directly to the Houptbahnhof)
- Trams 50 and M13 from Seestr will bring you to U8 Osloer straße
- Tegel airport is around 20 minutes away. But place is far enough to not to hear airplanes landing or taking off.
You will have the only flatmate which is me.
My name is Vlad. I'm 32 years old. I moved to Berlin around 4,5 years ago. I have an experience living in WG.
I work as a Software Engineer in one of Berlin startups. I speak decent English and understandable German (B1 level), plus Russian is my native language. I like doing sports, riding my bicycle, taking pictures, traveling, meeting new people, talking and listening to them.
I do not smoke. So, expect you to not to smoke as well (that's important for me). Sorry for being too picky in this category.
