Das Zimmer ist 15 Quadratmeter groß, ist komplett unmöbliert und hat ein großes Fenster zur Straße hin, die aber relativ ruhig und Fahrradstraße ist :)
Die Wohnung ist direkt im Sprengelkiez, Supermärkte, Spätis und andere Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft.
Auch verkehrstechnisch super angebunden,
U6, U9, S41/S42 und mehrere Buslinien zu Fuß in unter 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Ich wohne seit 2020 in der Wohnung, im anderen Zimmer hat vorher ein guter Freund gewohnt. Ich suche also nach einer Person mit der ich nicht nur zusammen wohne sondern die auch Lust hat gemeinsam was zu unternehmen.
Zu mir: Ich bin Nils, 25 Jahre alt und studiere seit letztem Jahr im Master in Potsdam Geoinformatik. Nebenbei arbeite ich 20h die Woche. Ich bin ein bisschen fußballverrückt, bin eher in linken Kreisen unterwegs und fahre meistens wenn ich unterwegs bin mit dem Fahrrad.
