U find several supermarkets, Turkish food markets, so-called späties, bakeries, doctors in the very near surrounding.
Living here couldn't be more convenient!

let me introduce myself. I am Stephanie, 35 years old, and the main tenant but will not live in the flat. I only occupy a little storage room in the flat but I am your point of contact for the maintenance of the flat and repairs. Please feel free to use my dishes, cutlery, Tupperware, duvets as long as you treat the items with care and hand them back tidy.
You will only see me in the flat every now and then. Especially for inspections which I of course announce beforehand. I would be really grateful if misdirected mail was sent to me via email. Apart from that I would only bother you when budgeting allows me to further enhance the flat.
