Hi :)
I am renting my room (22m2) from October 2020 till June 2021. Room is very cosy, couch, desk, chair, big bed, shelves and one rack for clothes are staying in the room, sorry for the mess in the photos, just packing everything. You will share the apartment with a girl, working in music industry and a student. The apartment is located 3 minutes from Humboldthain station and Humboldthain park. Under the building is also bus station, Wedding station is 10 minutes away as well Gesundbrunnen station.
The apartment has a shared kitchen, bathroom, unfortunately no living room. The price 490€ includes all costs. You should take the room for the whole period, there is an option to extend the contract, since I am not yet decided if I am moving back.
Smoking is allowed, flatmates are great, but unfortunately they all are pretty busy, so you see each other 2-3 times per week only.

One month deposit and the rent should be paid for the following month and it will be returned after moving out/for the last rent.
