Die Sternstraße liegt direkt an der Grenze von Wedding zu Pankow, die S-Bahn-Station Wollankstraße ist in 2 Fußminuten zu erreichen, von dort aus sind es 2 Stationen zum Gesundbrunnen, dem "nördlichen Tor" zu Berlin mit U-Bahn, S-Bahn Regional- und Fernverkehr. In unmittelbarer Näge verläuft der Panke-Grünzug und direkt hinter den S-Bahn-Gleisen lieg der Bürgerpark Pankow, ein Kinderbauernhof und ein Stück weiter die Schönholzer Heide, eine riesige Parkanlage mit Wald und Lichtungen und und und.

Der Kiez hat alles zu bieten, Discounter und andere Geschäfte wie Denn's, den kleinen Laden ums Eck, Apotheke, Falafel, Pommes, div. Restaurants und Schrammelläden sind entlang der Wollankstraße zu finden.


Sternstraße is right at the border between Wedding and Pankow. The next S-Bahn Wollankstraße is just at a 2 minute walking distance and connects you straight to Gesundbrunnen (North station with connection to the subway, S-Bahn and long distance trains). Right in the neighborhood you will find the river Panke, Bürgerpark Pankow, a petting farm for kids and a bit further Schönholzer Heide.

The Kiez has a lot to offer, from supermarkets, organic markets, small stores and falafel places at the corner, restaurants and much more.

Die WG ist gerade im Umbruch daher werden insgesamt zwei neue Menschen mit dir zusammen einziehen. Insgesamt werden drei Zimmer gleichzeitig frei (25qm, 16qm, 10qm), falls du also mit einer anderen Person zusammen suchst, könntet ihr auch gemeinsam einziehen. Paare sind für das Zimmer auch wilkommen.

Wir wünschen uns für die Zwischenmiete eine saubere Personen, die sich an den Putzplan hält, sich leicht in die WG integriert und unkompliziert ist. Da es sich gerade alles im Umbruch befindet können wir nicht genau sagen, wie das WG Leben sein wird, aber auf eine Kippe auf dem Balkon oder einen Kaffee in der Küche werden wir bestimmt mal zusammen kommen. At the moment there are some changes in the apartment, which is why you will be moving in together with two other new people. In total, three rooms are for subrent (25qm, 16qm, 11qm) so if you want to move in with a friends you could rent these rooms together. Couples are also welcome.

We are looking for a tidy person, who can stick to a cleaning schedule, is easy to communicate with and fits in. We can't really say how the social setting will be in the apartment, since that will depend on the new constellation of people but we can definitely get toegther for a smoke or a cup of coffee in the kitchen. Die Wohnung ist der perfekte Ort um in Berlin anzukommen und von hier aus etwas längerfristiges zu suchen.
