I need to move out earlier than planned, so I'm looking for someone to take over this room for the last months. The rent is 385 euros warm, 600 euros for the deposit. The room is furnished, only the desk and the nightstand will go away with me. There’s a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, and a lot of kitchen utensils that you can use.
This would probably work out as a temporary option to catch their breath for someone trying to look for an apartment in Berlin. It’s possible to move in a day or two earlier.
10 min to U Pankstrasse, tram and bus connections, 12 min to S Bornholmer Str. There’s Penny just on the corner, and it’s a five min walk to Lidl.
You’ll be living with Chris from NY, he’s doing his masters in film directing and working part-time. He used to work as a bartender and a yoga instructor.
He’s mostly out, but when at home he’s very chill, nice to talk to. He appreciates his privacy.
