WG Zimmer ToGo in der Togostr

Vor der Tür befindet sich ein Spielplatz und gegenüber ein Getränkeshop. In einer Minute ist man außerdem bei der Bushaltestelle Antwerpener Straße. Ansonsten geht man 5 Minuten bis zur U-Seestraße. Aldi, Penny, Edeka, Lidl dauern alle 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß, aber man kann auch zu einem von vielen Spätis in der Gegend latschen.
Wenn man Lust hat, ist man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten im Park Rehberge oder in der anderen Richtung in 10 Minuten im Schillerpark. Die Seestraße ist recht nah und man kann das Rauschen der Autos in der Wohnung bisschen hören, aber nicht in den Räumen, die zum Hinterhof rausgehen.

Wir sind eine friedliche Wohngemeinschaft und versuchen den Alltag für alle durch Hilfsbereitschaft und Rücksicht so einfach wie möglich zu gestalten.
Denis (m, 36) und ich (Frederik, m, 26) wohnen erst seit Januar zusammen hier. Denis arbeitet im Projektmanagement und ich für Filmproduktionen, und in den letzten Wochen waren wir viel zuhause. Wir haben öfters Essen geteilt, gequatscht oder haben zusammen Möbel zu Fuß oder mit Mietautos von Ebay "geholt". Außerdem waren wir ein paar Mal in den Parks hier in der Gegend und haben Frisbee gespielt. Ich konnte Denis bisher nicht dazu bewegen, mit mir Schach zu spielen.
Es ist viel schöner, wenn es ein bisschen ordentlich ist, und wir gucken, dass Bad und Küche sauber sind.
Denis und ich kochen jeweils ab und zu, mal mehr mal weniger, und viel vegetarisch.

Melde Dich, wenn wir eine gute WG abgeben könnten. Wir können dann ein Kennenlernen und Besichtigen verabreden, mit Masken und offenen Fenstern.

Dear seekers,

we will have a room available from April. The room faces the inner courtyard which makes it super quiet. The room comes unfurnished (even without the furniture on the photo). From the window you can see a huge tree making its way to the sky, and on the ground a combination of garbage containers.
Our landlord will rent the room for one year to you at first.

Right outside is a playground and also very close a little shop selling beverages. In a walking distance of 1 minute you have bus stop Antwerpener Straße. The U-Bahn stop Seestraße is 5 minutes walking distance away. You need 10 minutes to Aldi, Penny, Edeka and Lidl, or much less than that for one of the many Spätis around.
When in the mood, a walk to the parks Rehberge (heading West) or Schillerpark (heading North) takes 10 minutes.
Major road Seestraße is very close and you can hear the murmur of passing cars softly in the background. Not in your room though and neither in the kitchen.

We are a peaceful WG and try to make life as easy as possible for everyone by being cautious and helpful.
Denis (m, 36) and I (Frederik, m, 26) have been living here only since January. Denis works in project management and I in film productions. We have been at home most of the time recently. Often we shared food, talked or spent time moving furniture to our flat which Denis found on Ebay. Also we were visiting the nearby parks and played frisbee. I could not get Denis to play chess with me yet.
We like it when its more or less tidy, so we try and keep bathroom and kitchen clean.
