Hallo!
Wir sind Anna (29) und Kat (24) und wir suchen für unsere 2er-WG in der Bornemannstraße einen Untermieter, da ich (Kat) für drei Monate wegfahre und mein gemütliches Zimmer leider verlassen/untervermieten muss.
Das Zimmer ist klein aber fein, ca. 11 qm groß und ab dem 03.04.21 frei. Es wäre komplett möbliert, mit dem Bett und Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch habe ich nicht, da ich normalerweise im Wohnzimmer arbeite.
Vom Wohnzimmer geht ein Balkon ab, auf denen man sich im Sommer wunderbar entspannen kann und schöne Abende mit Freunden verbringt.
Das Bad ist sehr klein mit einer Badewanne und ein Fenster, aber wofür braucht man ein großes Badezimmer eigentlich? :)
Die Küche ist groß aber nicht zum Essen oder Zusammensitzen geeignet, aber dafür haben wir unseren großen schönen Esstisch im Wohnzimmer.

Hello!
We are Anna (29) and Kat (24) and we are looking for a subtenant for our 2-person flat in Bornemannstraße, because I (Kat) will be away for three months and unfortunately have to leave / sublet my cozy room.
The room is small but it definitely has its charm, it is about 11 square meters and available from April 3rd, 2021. It would be completely furnished, with the bed and wardrobe, but I don't have a desk because I usually work in the living room.
We have a balcony that we share and that you can access from the living room (that we also share), where you can relax and tan in the summer and/or have dinner with friends
The bathroom is very small with a bathtub and a window, but what do you need a large bathroom for? :)
The kitchen is large and cozy but it does not have enough space for a sitting area because of the way the room is arranged, and that is why we have built our large, beautiful dining table in the living room to eat/drink/have friends over/etc.
Direkt an der Panke!
In ein paar Minuten bist du am Nauener Platz (U9). Zur Pankstraße (U8) sind es nur 8 Minuten zu Fuß. Lidl und Penny sind gleich um die Ecke (5 min) und es gibt ganz viele Lebensmittellden überall zum Einkaufen oder Baklava oder sehr leckeres, warmes Fladenbrot mit Käse essen.
Schöne Cafes/Bars und Parks sind auch um die Ecke.

In a few minutes you are at Nauener Platz (U9). It is only an 8-minute walk to Pankstrasse (U8). Lidl and Penny are just around the corner (5 minutes) and there are lots of Turkish shops everywhere to buy some groceries or baklava or delicious warm cheese bread.
Nice cafes / bars and parks are also around the corner.
Wir sind alles andere als eine Zweck-WG!
Anna und ich kennen uns schon seit 3 Jahren und wir wohnen seit einem Jahr zusammen. Wir kommen beide aus Südamerika. Wir kochen, feiern, lachen, trinken und wohnen unheimlich gerne zusammen!
Natürlich wird es aber auch akzeptiert, wenn du dich mal zurückziehen möchtest. Man hat hier auch seine Ruhe :)
Aber total wichtig ist dass man sich wohl fühlt, wenn man nach Hause kommt.
Wir sind eine sehr saubere WG, haben aber keinen Putzplan oder ähnliches.
Essen teilen wir normalerweise auch, da wir fast jeden Tag zusammen kochen (vegetarisch oder vegan) und wir teilen die "What's mine is yours" Meinung, aber es ist auch ok, wenn du eher dein eigenes Essen zubereiten und nicht teilen willst!

We are anything but a "Zweck-WG" (If you find the english equivalent to this word, please tell me).
Anna and I have known each other for 3 years and we have been living together for over a year now. We are both from South America. We cook, laugh, drink, watch movies, and basically spend a lot of time together.
Of course, it is also accepted and encouraged to have your own space.You have your peace here too :)
Most importantly (for you and for us) is that everyone feels at home.
We are a very clean flat share, but we don't have a cleaning plan or anything like that.
We usually share food as well, as we cook together almost every day (vegetarian or vegan) and we also kinda go with the flow in the sense of "What's mine is yours", but it is also accepted if you don't want to share or cook!
Wenn du dich angesprochen fühlst, schreib uns einfach eine kurze Mail mit einer Beschreibung von dir und mit dem Wort "POTATO", damit wissen wir, ob du den Text gelesen hast :) Wir versuchen so schnell wie möglich zu antworten. Du würdest zwar nur mit Anna in der WG wohnen, aber wir machen das Casting zusammen.
