Hallo zusammen,
leider verlass ich unsere tolle WG zum August hin und suche daher eine/-n ebenbürtige Nachfolger:in.
Als Disclaimer gleich vorweg: das Auszugsdatum ist noch nicht ganz fix, wir haben zum Winter hin verschiedene Planungen und müssen da nochmal reevaluieren. Es kann also auch sein, dass du noch länger drin bleiben kannst, sofern du das dann auch willst. Auch ein früherer Auszug wäre möglich. Mehr dazu wenn wir dich kennenlernen :)
Anyways, das Zimmer ist wunderbar groß und geht nach hinten raus, entsprechend auch sehr ruhig.
Es ist auf den Fotos etwas schwierig festzuhalten aber: Rechteckig, Dielenboden, hohe Decken, kleiner Erker mit Fenster - typisch Altbau eben.
Es wird aber unmöbliert übergeben!
Ansonsten ist in der Wohnung natürlich alles lebensnotwendige (und mehr) bereits vorhanden!

unfortunately I leave our great WG to August and therefore looking for a / n equal successor
As a disclaimer right up front: the move-out date is not quite fixed yet, we have different plans for the winter and have to re-evaluate. So it might be possible that you can stay longer, if you want to. Also an earlier move out would be possible. More about that when we get to know you :)
Anyways, the room is wonderfully large and goes out to the back, therefore very quiet.
It is a bit difficult to capture on the photos but: Rectangular, floorboards, high ceilings, small bay window - typical old building.
But it will be handed over unfurnished!
Otherwise, everything vital (and more) is of course already present in the apartment!
Die Wohnung liegt im Schillerparkkiez im Wedding. Das bedeutet du hast 2 tolle und große Parks, u.A. mit dem Plötzensee, in fußläufiger Umgebung. Gleichzeitig bist du in 15 min in Mitte, Moabit oder Prenzlauer Berg.
Alternativ ist die U6, 5min fußläufig, vermutlich das Transportmittel deiner Wahl.

The apartment is located in the Schillerparkkiez in Wedding. This means you have 2 great and large parks, including the Plötzensee, within walking distance. At the same time you are in 15 min in Mitte, Moabit or Prenzlauer Berg.
Alternatively, the U6, 5min walking distance, is probably the means of transport of your choice.
Ich denke, dass man sich besser persönlich, bzw. über Zoom kennenlernen und Vibes abchecken kann , daher nur kurz:
Wir leben seit drei Jahren zu dritt, d.h. Alina, Lenya und (bald nicht mehr) meine Wenigkeit. Wir haben ein tolles WG-Leben etabliert, und gerne gemeinsam Sachen unternommen, das wäre auf jeden Fall wünschenswert wenn du daran auch interessiert bist, aber auch kein Muss :)

I think it's better to get to know each other in person, or via Zoom and check out vibes, so only briefly:
We've been living as a trio for three years now, i.e. Alina, Lenya and (soon to be no more) myself. We have established a great WG life, and like to do things together, that would definitely be desirable if you are also interested, but also not a must :)
