Hallo, Hallo, Hallo,
Wir sind eine zweier WG, die bald nur noch eine 1er WG, aber kurz darauf hoffentlich wieder eine 2er WG wird. Da mein Mitbewohner auszieht, suche ich nach einer/m Mitbewohner/in die für erstmal zwei Monate ab Mitte Juni (evtl. auch früher) hier in den Wedding einzieht.
Da ich unter der Woche arbeiten muss, würde ich mir jemanden wünschen der einen ähnlichen Rhythmus hat. Ansonsten bin ich ziemlich unkompliziert.
Lage
Die gesamte Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock auf der Innenhof Seite des Hauses und somit hört man absolut keinen Lärm von der Straße. Späti, Supermarkt, U-Bahn, Straßenbahn, Bus, Parks, Bars und vor allem der Falafel Mann befinden sich 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Also, alles was man so benötigt befindet sich direkt hier in der Umgebung.
Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist eine Altbau Wohnung und ist (bis auf das Bad…) mit Holzdielen ausgelegt und perfekt für zwei Leute. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit einem Ofen, etlichen Teetassen und sogar einer Spülmaschine. Auch unsere Waschmaschine befindet sich dort. Auf den Balkon kann man sich zur richtigen Tageszeit sonnen und abends entspannt einen Vino trinken.
Zimmer
Das Zimmer ist bereits voll möbliert und steht leider erstmal nur für zwei Monate zur Verfügung.

We are currently a two person strong flat, sadly soon an only one person household, but hopefully shortly after again a two people flat. Since my roommate is moving out I am looking for a new one to replace him here in our house in the wild Wedding for two months at first, but potentially longer.
I am easy going.
Since I have to work during the week and are an early bird sort of, I would like someone to have a similar rhythm.
Lage

Area
The flat is located towards the back of house and therefore you hear absolutely nothing of the street noises. Everything that you could possibly need for your basic survival in Berlin is around here within a 2-3 minute walk, that is the Späti, grocery store, train station, bus, really nice parks, bars and especially the Falafel guy. Everything you need and maybe more is in the area
The flat
The flat is perfect for two people and covered (except for the bathroom …) with wooden planks. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, plenty of teacups and even a dishwasher. Our high functioning washing machine is also located there. On our balcony you can enjoy the sun at the right time of the day and invites you to sip and enjoy some vino.
The room
The room is already furnished and is available for two months at firs, but a extension is possible.

Unser WG-Leben ist ziemlich entspannt, alles kann nichts muss.
Jeder geht seinen Freizeitaktivitäten nach und wenn es passt gerne auch zusammen. Gerade abends treffen wir uns in der Küchen, bestellen zusammen Essen oder gehen noch einmal eine Runde an die Spree.
