Hallo hallo, da ich vor kurzem teilweise ins Ausland gezogen bin, suche ich für meine Wohnung ein*e Mitbewohner*in. Die meiste Zeit wirst du die Wohnung für dich haben, da ich nur alle paar Wochen für ein paar Tage in Berlin sein werde.
Das Zimmer ist groß, sehr hell und hat aktuell eine Bettcouch. Du kannst das Zimmer selbstverständlich aber so umstellen, dass du zusätzlich Platz für ein großes Bett hast.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und befindet sich in ruhiger Lage direkt an der Grenze zum Prenzlauer Berg.
Mit dem Fahrrad bist du in weniger als 10 Minuten am Mauerpark, in Mitte oder der Schönhauserallee.
Auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bist du gut angebunden. Bus 3 min (M27 und 255), Tram 5 min (13 und 50), U8 (7 min oder 2 Stationen Bus), und S-Bahn Bornholmerstrasse (10 min oder 1 station Tram)
Supermarkt, Späties und kleine süße Bars direkt um die Ecke.
Da ich viel im Ausland sein werde, wirst du die Wohnung hauptsächlich für dich alleine haben. Für mich ist es wichtig, einen Ort in Berlin zu haben, der weiterhin mein Zuhause ist und der auch von der anderen Person so gesehen wird. Mir ist Ordnung und Sauberkeit sehr wichtig. Genauso wie ein respektvoller Umgang mit meinen Sachen und selbstverständlich auch mit mir.
