Hallo zusammen!
Wir sind Laura und Lucile und wir suchen eine neue Person (m/w/x), mit der wir unsere wunderbare Wohnung im Herzen von Wedding teilen können.
Aber zuerst das Zimmer: Es ist ca. 18 qm groß, hat ein großes Fenster nach Westen und ist möbliert. Die Möbel mwirst du gegen einen fairen Preis (wird noch besprochen) übernehmen. Und eine Anmeldung ist natürlich möglich.
Das große Plus: Du musst keine Fitnessstudio Mitgliedschaft bezahlen, da die Wohnung im 5. Stock ohne Aufzug liegt ;) Vergiss die langweiligen Kniebeugen, innerhalb einiger Wochen wirst du einen geilen Arsch haben!
Die Küche ist ein bisschen klein, dafür hat sie aber alles, was man braucht: Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Sandwichmaker und, last but not least, ein Waffeleisen!
Das Badezimmer ist super groß, hat eine Waschmaschine, eine Badewanne und eine Dusche, und hat ein wunderbares 70er-Jahre-Flair mit schönen braunen Fliesen ;)
Dein Zimmer hat keinen Balkon, aber die anderen beiden schon, also kannst du immer auf einem unserer Balkone chillen.

We're Laura and Lucile and we're looking for a new person (m/f/x) to share our wonderful flat in the heart of Wedding with.
But first, the room: It is approximately 18 m², has a big windows facing west and is furnished. You'll have to take over the furniture for a fair price (to be discussed). And Anmeldung is of course possible.
The big plus: you won't have to pay for a fitness studio membership because the flat is on the 5th floor without a lift ;) Forget those boring squats, you'll get an amaying bump in a few weeks!
The kitchen is a bit small but has everything you need: dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker and, last but not least, waffle iron!
The bathroom is super big; with a washing machine, a bath and a shower, and has a wonderful 70's flair with beautiful brown tiles ;)
Your room doesn't have a balcony but the other two does so you can always chill on one of our balconies.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Leokiez, einer sehr schönen Gegend im Wedding. Es ist sehr lebendig (d.h. es kann auch laut sein, aber aus dem 5. Stock ist es wirklich erträglich), die Nachbarn sind freundlich (manche allerdings etwas verrückt), es gibt einen schönen Platz direkt vor dem Gebäude, der Schillerpark ist ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Um die Ecke gibt es nette Bars und Restaurants wie Basalt oder Stranero.
In weniger als 10 Gehminuten ereicht man Rewe, Netto, einen asiatischen Supermarkt, Bioläden, türkische Supermärkten, im Grunde deckt es alles ab, was man braucht. Die U-Bahn-Station Leopoldplatz ist weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und die Tramhaltestelle Osram-Höfe liegt noch näher.

The flat is located in the middle of the Leokiez, a very nice area of Wedding. It is very lively (meaning it can also be loud but from the 5th floor it's really bearable), the neighbours are friendly (some of them a bit crazy though), there's a nice square right in front of the building, the Schiller Park is a few minutes away. There are nice bars and restaurants around the corner like Basalt or Stranero.
In less than 10 minutes you can walk to Rewe, Netto, an Asian Supermarkt, organic stores, turkish supermarkets, so it covers basically everything you need. The subway station Leopoldplatz is less than 10 minutes away on foot, and the tram station Osram-Höfe is even closer.
Ein paar Worte über uns: Laura kommt aus Irland und arbeitet im Bereich HR/Kommunikation; Lucile ist Französin und arbeitet als Journalistin. Wir sind beide fröhlich und locker, wir trinken gerne spontan ein Glas Wein in der Küche und kochen ab und zu zusammen. Lucile ist Vegetarierin, Laura isst alles. Wir teilen uns grundlegende Dinge wie Toilettenpapier, Putzmittel, Milch, Mehl...
Lucile spricht Französisch, Deutsch und Englisch, Laura spricht Irisch, Englisch und Deutsch, würde aber jemanden bevorzugen, der ein gutes Englischniveau hat, um die Kommunikation zu erleichtern.
In ihrer Freizeit macht Lucile gerne Yoga, zeichnet, gärtnert, liest und trinkt gern ein Bier im Park mit Freunden. Laura mag Drama (ist aber keine Drama-Queen, versprochen), Joggen, Yoga, Erkunden/Reisen und chillt gern mit Freunden.
Wir sind definitiv keine Zweck-WG, aber wir respektieren auch die Privatsphäre und den persönlichen Raum des anderen. Wenn du also öfter mal Lust auf ein Glas Wein, ein Kartenspiel oder einen Ausflug in einem neuen Restaurant hast, hinter dir aufräumst und weißt, was ein Putzplan ist, dann schick uns gern eine Nachricht :)

A few words about us: Laura is from Ireland and works in HR/communications; Lucile is French and works as a journalist. We're both cheerful and easy going, we like to spontaneously have a drink or cook together from time to time. Lucile is a vegetarian, Laura eats everything. We share basic stuffs like toilet paper, cleaning products, milk, flour...
Lucile speaks French, German and English, Laura speaks Irish, English and German but would prefer someone who has a good English level to make the communication easier.
In her free time, Lucile likes to do yoga, draw, garden, read and drink a beer in a park with friends. Laura likes drama (but is no drama queen), running, yoga, exploring/traveling and chilling with friends.
We're definitely not a Zweck-WG, but we also respect each other's privacy and personal space. So if you're often up for a glass of wine, a card game or a evening out in a new restaurant, you clean after yourself, know what a Putzplan is, feel free to send us a message :)
Wir werden versuchen, so viele Nachrichten wie möglich zu beantworten, aber wenn wir nach einer Woche nicht geantwortet haben, bedeutet das, dass wir jemand anderen gefunden haben...
Laura ist derzeit im Ausland, wir werden also ein Online-Treffen für die erste Runde halten, und wenn es zwischen uns gut klappt, wird Lucile eine Besichtigung der Wohnung organisieren. Wir freuen uns darauf, von dir zu hören!
