Ich vermiete ein schönes Zimmer in einer großen und sonnigen Lage in Wedding. Ich gehe für 1,5 - 2 Monate, also brauche ich jemanden, der für diesen Zeitraum zuverlässig ist. Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer Person von 22 - 32 Jahren, die in die Arbeitsgruppe passt, ziemlich offen, kann Student sein oder mit einem Job beschäftigt sein.
DAS ZIMMER
Der Raum ist ca. 18 Meter. Es ist voll möbliert (Bett, Tisch, Stuhl, Spiegel, sogar eine Pflanze), alles inklusive. Es hat einen kleinen Kleiderschrank, in dem alle Sachen aufbewahrt werden können. Es hat Fenster im Dach, wenn Sie also gerne mit dem Tageslicht aufwachen, ist es erstaunlich.
WICHTIG
Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Toiletten, aber nur ein Badezimmer, das sich auf dem Weg durch dieses Zimmer befindet. Bisher haben wir uns mit meinen Mitbewohnern über den „Duschplan“ (von 9 bis 18 Uhr) geeinigt und niemand kommt durch den Raum, wenn ich schlafe oder mich ausruhe. Bitte berücksichtigen Sie dies - ich habe einen absolut erstaunlichen Mitbewohner, aber wenn Sie dies stören könnte - lassen Sie sich gegenseitig Zeit sparen.
DIE WOHNUNG
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hell. Es hat eine gemütliche Terrasse und ein riesiges Wohnzimmer mit viel Sonnenlicht. Die Wohnung selbst ist groß und sonnig und geräumig mit allen Notwendigkeiten wie einem Tisch, einer Couch zum Entspannen und einem großen Bett. Die Küche hat alles Nötige - wir haben 2 kleine Kühlschränke, eine Waschmaschine und einen neuen Herd. Wir haben dort auch alles Notwendige für das Leben.

Im sub-renting a beautiful room in a big and sunny location in Wedding. Im leaving for 1.5 - 2 months so I need somebody reliable for this time period. Im searching for a person from 22 - 32 years to fit in the WG, pretty open, can be student or occupied with a job.
THE ROOM
The room is around 18 meters. It is fully furnished (bed, table, chair, mirror, even a plant), everything included. It has a small wardrobe room where it is possible to store all the belongings. It has windows in the roof so if you like waking up with the daylight it is amazing.
IMPORTANT
The flat has 2 toilets, but only one bathroom which is located on the way through the this room. So far we agreed with my flatmates about the “shower schedule” (from around 9am to 6pm) and nobody passes the room when I am sleeping or resting. Please, take this into account - I have absolutely amazing flatmate, but if this might disturb you - lets save each others time.
THE FLAT
The flat is really nice and bright. It has a cozy terrace and a huge living room with a lot of sunlight. The flat is itself is big and sunny and spacious with all necessities provided like a table, couch to chill on and a big bed. The kitchen has all the necessities - we have 2 small fridges, washing machine and a new stove. We also have everything required for life there.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Wedding in der Nähe der Seestraße u bahn. Es gibt viele Supermärkte und einen riesigen Park Rehberge (toll für morgendliche Läufe und Picknicks). Es gibt einen tollen italienischen Laden in der Nähe des Hauses und viele gute Kebab-Orte.

The Flat is located in Wedding close to Seestraße u bahn. There are lots of supermarkets around and a huge park Rehberge (amazing for morning runs and picnics). There is a great Italian shop near the house and many good Kebab places.
Unsere WG ist sehr freundlich und offen, wir verbringen nicht viel Zeit miteinander, aber wir haben eine großartige Kommunikation und ein ausgeglichenes Leben. Wir machen nicht wirklich große Partys, aber wir laden Freunde zum Grillen und Plaudern ein. Wir glauben, dass es wichtig ist, den Raum sauber zu halten, aber wir sind davon nicht überwältigt.

Our WG is really friendly and open, we do not really spend much time together, but we have great communication and balanced life. We do not really make huge parties, but we do invite friends to grill and chat. We believe that keeping the space clean is important but we are not overwhelmed in this.
