The appartment is spacious while cozy. Your room will be 28qm. If is also possible for you to move in with three people into the same room.
The kitchen is spacious, offering space to cook and hang out comfortably and the balcony is facing south. That way you will be able to enjoy the sun all day.
I am moving to a new apartment and will thus be taking my own furniture with me. However, most of the furniture in the room will stay, since it belongs to my flatmate. You will have the big couch, as you can see in the photographs, an additional sleeping sofa, a bookshelf, desk, chair, armchair and clothes rack.
If you want to bring your own bed or mattress, we can remove the sleeping couch from the room.
The neighborhood offers a lot of cafés, bakeries and Spätis. Three big parks are within walking distance and a lake with beach can be reached in 15 minutes by bike or 10 minutes by tram.
All known supermarkets are within walking distance as well. The closest is a big Netto that you can walk to in 2 minutes.
The flat is located in a quiet street which connects two main roads. Thus, you are perfectly connected to all areas of the city, while still coming home to your own private island. Various tram-stations and bus-stops, as well as Metro (U-Bahn) stations U-Nauener Platz, U-Leopoldplatz, U-Seestraße and U-Osloerstraße and S-Wedding where you can catch (among other trains) the Ringbahn (S42 and S41) are all within walking distance.
You will be sharing the rest of the flat with my flatmate Yolanda (25) who is always down for a chat if you like and who can give you insight into different things you can do and explore in and around the city.
We were not a Zweck-WG but feel welcome to arrange the social situation as you wish.
If you are bringing your own (or rental) bike/s, you can use the enclosed backyard.
