Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich ziehe am 1. August nach Wien und hoffe dort dauerhaft zu bleiben, aber man weiß ja am Anfang nie;) deshalb erst einmal die Befristung..
Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und hat außerdem einen Balkon. Ich vermiete erst mal möbliert, werde dann aber wohl nach und nach die Sachen abholen bzw. verkaufen.
Die Küche ist mit 16 qm ebenfalls ziemlich groß und eignet sich auch als Ort für einen gemütlichen Plausch mit deinem neuen Mitbewohner.:)
Kiez ist Nauener Platz/Leopoldplatz, gibt ein paar nette Bars & Cafes.
Übrig bleibt in dieser WG noch Wolfi (28), er ist sehr lieb und umgänglich, aber du wirt ihn ja bald auch persönlich kennenlernen.
