The 85m² flat is located in the front house, in a quiet residential street. The 18m² is facing the backyard. If you walk to one of the corners, there is Müllerstraße, the main shopping street, where you could find all kind of shops and restaurants, and if you walk to the other corner, you can find the beautiful Schillerpark. It's 7 minutes walking from subway station U-Seestraße (U6) and tram M13. The Volkspark Rehberge is 10 min by foot.
Common areas that will be shared with two super easy going flatmates, who speak English and Spanish. There is a living room, where you can chill, dine, and work in one of the spacious desks available; kitchen (with washing machine, dishwasher and cooking stuff) and a small bathroom.
As shown in the pictures, the room has a calm atmosphere and is sunny (there is direct sunlight in the morning and at noon. The place will be furnished as shown in the pictures.
Price is EUR 20 per day or EUR 175 for the whole period. This includes everything (rent+heating+electricity+water+internet). Dates are flexible, but of course we would prefer if someone stays the whole period.
Looking for someone who'd like to enjoy and take care for the place during this period.
