Hello everyone,
I propose my bright room from the 15.09 to the 15.10, 1 month, 440euros ! There is a possibility to get it a little bit longer if all my plans are working, I can update you on the situation asap. :) The room is around 20qm with (not a city roof view) but just a roof view ! The sun come inside until the end of the day.
The room is located in Wedding, Seestraße station (U6) for the Ubahn and Osram-Hoffe (M13/50) for the tram Station. There are 2 parks around, Schillerpark just in front of the building and Rehberge Park around 10 mins walk. There are as well a lot of shop around (food, supermarket, spati on Mullerstaße).
My WG are really lovely, they are 2 German guys (34 and 35 yo) super chill and hard worker. We share the kitchen and the bathroom, we don't have any living room but rooms are enough big to chill inside !
