Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer/m neuen Mitbewohner/in für meine 3-Zi-Wohnung. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer, was gemeinschaftlich genutzt (und gestaltet) werden kann, Küche mit EBK, Bad mit kleiner Wanne, Fenster und Waschmaschine und ein Zimmer für jede/n von 22m2 Größe.
Ich bin 32j und Ärztin, aktiv (bouldern, boxen, musizieren…), nerdy (Video- und Brettspiele, D&D) und lebenslustig, brauche aber auf Grund meiner Arbeit und den Nachtdiensten eine Ruhepol zuhause mit harmonischer Atmosphäre, wo es ordentlich und sauber ist, mit einer/m freundlichen Mitbewohner/in, mir dem/der man mal gemeinsam kocht und Wein trinkt, aber sich auch gegenseitig genug Raum gibt, und mal für sich sein kann. Ein ausgewogener Mix zwischen miteinander und für sich sein ist die magische Formel.
Um den Hausfrieden zu bewahren und Zeit zu sparen, kommt zusätzlich zweimal im Monat ein Putzmann vorbei, der „Grund“ in die Wohnung bringt - so habe ich das mit meinem jetzigen Mitbewohner gehandhabt und das hat sich bewährt (wenn man trotzdem ein bisschen auf Sauberkeit in den Intervallen achtet ;-)). Dieses Arrangement würde ich gern so fortführen, wenn es finanziell umsetzbar ist (Kostenpunkt 70€ pP).

Hello there!
I am looking for a new flat mate for my 3-room appartment in Wedding near Virchow-Klinikum. There is a big common living room (30m2), a kitchen, a bathroom with a small tub, window and washing mashine, a small hallway where I park my bike and a room for each flat mate of around 22m2.
I am 32 y/o, a medical doctor (like Scully), active (bouldering, boxing, playing music), nerdy (video and board games, DnD GM) and loving life. However, due to my demanding job I need a place of calm and quiet, harmony and good vibes at home. I enjoy the occasional dinner together or some deep discussion over a glass of wine, but also cherish time spent by myself to just unwind. A good mix between spending time together and each in their own space is the magical key therefore.
To keep the peace and reduce discussions about cleaning, my last roommate and I hired a cleaning gentleman who comes every other week to make the place shine again. With everyone cleaning up after themselves and taking up a sponge once in a while this worked out pretty well so far and I would love to keep this arrangement in the future if financially possible (it is ~70€ pP on top).
