Die Wohnung ist neu ausgebaut und hat Fußbodenheizung. Alles sehr schick und sehr angenehm, mit schöner Terasse und Blick auf den gemeinschaftlich genutzten Garten, in dem sehr liebe nachbarn aktiv sind (Gemüse pflanzen, Feuerstelle, Pizzaofen, kleines Gartenhäuschen mit eingebauter Bar, etc).
Die WG besteht aus 4 großen und einem kleinen Menschen, sehr divers (aus Deutschland, Mexico, Kolumbien) und extrem liebe Menschen. Das Baby ist sehr entspannt und süss, inzwischen 6 Monate alt und krabbelnd.
Das Zimmer ist ca 17qm groß, und hat Dachfenster, die per Fernbedienung geöffnet und abgedunkelt werden können (zwei Modi: komplett oder schatten). Gut geschnitten, ca 4.0m x 4.50m und ca 3.60m hohe Decke. Die Schräge beginnt in 1.60m Höhe, stört also überhaupt nicht. Es gibt auch noch zwei Bodenfenster die gekippt werden können, dadurch ist das Ganze sehr hell.
the flat has been recently renovated and has floor heating. It´s really pretty with a huge garden that is used by all the nice people in the house, -there is a spacious campfire place, a garden house with a bar, a pizza oven and lots more to explore.
You would join 4 adults with diverse backgrounds and a 6 month old baby, -she is very cute and relaxed and just started to explore crawling. Diverse backgrounds, originally from Germany, Mexico and Colombia.
The room is about 17 sqm, the roof slope starts at a height of 1.60m so it´s hardly noticeable. The big windows are remote controlled (incl. two integrated cover modes: full dark and shadow). It´s ca 4.00m x 4.50m, with the ceiling at 3.60m. Additionally you have two small windows at floor level you can open, - lots of light.
Bei S Bornholmer Str. also prima angebunden. Gesundbrunnen ist max 15min zu Fuß.
Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und ein paar Spätis vor der Haustür.
Very close to S Bornholmer Str and Gesundbrunnen (15min walking distance). You´ll have a variety of supermarkets and Spätis within a couple minutes walking distance.
Sehr liebe Menschen, die teilweise auswärts oder zuhause arbeiten. Es wird sehr gern zusammen gekocht, gesungen oder Film gekuckt oder gefeiert. Keine Zweck-WG, aber natürlich ohne "Zwang" zum Mitmachen.

Very sweet flatmates, -some of which are working across Berlin or from home. There´s a lot of cooking together, sometimes singing, sometimes movie nights and every now and then a party. We expect you to be open and try to be part of the group, -not just someone who rents this room.
