A new 4-person flat-sharing community is currently being founded, so you have the opportunity to actively influence the roommates and the interiour of the flat!
Since there are still rooms free, there are increased chances for you to get one.
The entire building complex makes a very well-kept and clean impression!
The 4-room apartment is well laid-out and is currently being renovated and refurbished. Everything you need for living will be available in the flat. The rooms are furnished (bed, bedroom closet, a small shelf and desk with a chair), if you want that. But if You like You can bring your own furniture, too.
There are still 2 smaller rooms (approx. 10m²) for 490 € The rental prices are, with normal consumption, including heating and operating costs, electricity and internet.
The kitchen is provided with a fitted kitchen with all amenities such as, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven with ceramic hobs, microwave, etc.
WiFi will be available for all!
THE SHARED COMMUNITY IS ALLOWED BY THE OWNER! SO IT IS LEGAL! THERE WILL BE NO PROBLEMS WITH THE REGISTRATION AT THE CIVIL OFFICE AND FOR A JOB HERE IN BERLIN!

Der gesamte Gebäudekomplex macht einen sehr gepflegten und sauberen Eindruck!
Die 4-Raumwohnung ist gut geschnitten und wird gerade renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Es ist alles Notwendige zum Wohnen und Leben vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind mit den notwendigsten Möbeln (Bett, Schlafzimmerschrank, ein kleines Regal und Schreibtisch mit Stuhl) ausgestattet, falls ihr das möchtet. Ihr könnt auch gerne eure eigenen Möbel oder Teile davon mitbringen.
Es gibt immernoch 2 kleinere Zimmer (ca. 10m²) für 490€. Die Mietpreise sind, bei normalem Verbrauch, inklusive Heiz- und Betriebskosten, Strom und Internet.
Die Küche hat eine Einbauküche mit allen Annehmlichkeiten wie, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Tiefkühlschrank, Backofen mit Ceran-Kochfeldern, Mikrowelle, etc.
WLAN mit Internetflat wird für alle eingerichtet!

Reinickendorf borders directly on the Wedding district in the north. The buildings are no longer so dense, everything is more open and greener. After the closure of the TXL airport, it has become very quiet here and the district is extremely popular. The infrastructure here is good. The famous hotspot Kurt-Schumacher-Platz is not far away.
The situation can be described as safe, there is little crime or blocks in the social hotspot!
The connection to the A111 motorway from Berlin to the north in the direction of Rostock and Hamburg, for example, is excellent.
Public transport with buses is only 100m away. It is only about 700m (8 min.) on foot to the U6 (Otisstrasse). The U6 is a very important underground connection from north to south right through the center of Berlin and runs every 5 minutes! It takes just 3 minutes to get to Kurt-Schuhmacher-Platz, 8 minutes to Leopoldplatz, 9 minutes to the S-Bahn Wedding and the huge trainstation Friedrichstrasse can be reached in just 15 minutes. There are numerous good transfer options to all corners of Berlin.

Reinickendorf grenzt im Norden direkt an den Bezirk Wedding. Die Bebauung ist nicht mehr so dicht, alles ist offener und grüner. Nach der Schließung der Flughafen TXL ist es hier sehr ruhig geworden und der Bezirk erfreut sich höchster Beliebtheit. Die Infrastruktur hier ist gut. Der bekannte hotspot Kurt-Schumacher-Platz ist nicht weit entfernt.
Die Lage kann als sicher bezeichnet werden, es gibt hier wenig Kriminalität bzw. Blöcke im sozialen Brennpunkt!
Die Anbindung zur Autobahn A111 aus Berlin raus in den Norden Richtung Rostock und Hamburg beispielsweise ist hervorragend.
Der öffentliche Nahverkehr mit Bussen ist nur 100m entfernt. Bis zur U6 (Otisstr.) sind es nur ca. 700m (8 min.) zu Fuß. Die U6 ist eine sehr bedeutsame U-Bahnverbindung von Norden nach Süden mitten durch das Zentrum von Berlin und fährt alle 5 Minuten! In nur 3 min. kommt man damit zum Kurt-Schuhmacher-Platz, in 8 min. ist man am Leopoldplatz, in 9 min. am S-Bhf. Wedding und den riesigen Bahnhof Friedrichstrasse erreicht man in nur 15 min. Hier ergeben sich zahlreiche gute Umstiegsmöglichkeiten in alle Ecken Berlins.

You have a word on the choice of interiors. The cost of the most important furnishers, which then will remain in the apartment, I will pay. If you want to you can also bring own furnishers to the room/flat.
Cleanliness and regular cleaning of common areas is very important!
Please also accept a minimum rental period of 6 months, because we want to create a community!

Alles notwendige Interieur wird bereitgestellt. Einbauküche mit sämtlichen Geräten und Materialien, etc. Ebenso können die Zimmer nach Wahl möbliert bezogen werden oder selbst eingerichtet werden. Ihr könnt gerne bei der Wahl des Interieurs mitbestimmen. Die Kosten für wichtigsten Dinge, welche dann auch in der Wohnung verbleiben, übernehme selbstverständlich ich.
Sauberkeit und regelmäßige Reinigung der Gemeinschaftsräume ist sehr wichtig!
Bitte beachtet zudem eine Mindestmietdauer von 6 Monaten, da eine Gemeinschaft entstehen soll!
