Hi there!
I am away in May and am looking for someone to take over my room for this period.
The room is 22m2 with a French balcony. It is located to the "Hinterhof" so no noise from the street (which is anyways a quiet one). I have a couple of plants which are happy to get some water now and then :) The flat is quite large (80m2) with a big living room and a kitchen to sit in. More on the pictures!
The flat is located in cozy Antonkiez near U Leopoldplatz and S+U Wedding. With two metro lines and the Ringbahn you are very well connected to many parts of the city. (To Friedrichshain, Neukölln and Kreuzbergs it takes you roughly 30 min and to Mitte 15 min.)
There are a lot of diverse restaurants in the area: great Arabic food, two of the best Thai places I know, authentic Chinese restaurants, African food and of course lots of Falafels. If you want to grab a bear, there are also many bars, a cinema and some smaller clubs to check out (surely it is not Neukölln but you definitively dont have to leave the spot for a fun night out!)
You are sharing the flat with my friend Coline (29). She just finished her PhD in Sociology and is now enjoying her new liberty. She is a sociable person who's usually up for a drink, museum visit, a good electronic party or some kitchen deep talk. Tough it is not a party flat share and we don't have a 24/7 WG life. The doors can be and are sometimes shut as well :)
