Das Zimmer hat 13 m² und wird durch ein großes nach Süd-Osten gerichtetes Fenster hell mit der Morgens- und Mittagsonne geflutet. Das Zimmer ist im 4. Stock und hat einen offenen Innenhof, daher ist es sehr hell tagsüber und ruhig - gut zum Arbeiten am Schreibtisch. Vom Fenster aus kann man den Fernsehturm am Alexanderplatz sehen! Alter schöner Parkett gepaart mit frisch gestrichenen Wänden. Zudem bekommst du zu deinem Start von uns

The room has 13 m² and is brightly flooded with the morning and midday sun through a large window facing south-east. The room is on the 4th floor and has an open courtyard, so it is very bright during the day and quiet - good for working at your desk. You can see the TV tower at Alexanderplatz from the window! Old beautiful parquet paired with freshly painted walls. In addition, you get to your start from us

WG LEBEN
Unser alter Mitbewohner zieht für sein Master Studium aus und daher suchen wir einen neuen Menschen für unsere WG im Wedding.
Lenni studiert "Lehramt auf Chemie & Arbeitswirtschaft" und macht gerade seinen Bachelor fertig und ich (Maxim) studiere Biologie Master (Fokus Pflanzenwissenschaften) an der Freien Universität. Nebenbei sind wir beide berufstätig.
Bei uns ist die Stimmung entspannt und unkompliziert - man kann über alles reden und wir verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander. Manchmal ist aber viel zu tun und dann kümmert man sich eben um seine Sachen, daher alles ganz ungezwungen. Zudem haben wir wundervolle Nachbarn auf allen Etagen mit denen gerne mal ein Bierchen getrunken wird. Es wird alles geteilt, muss aber nicht sein. Willkommen ist jeder!
Zu Beginn würden wir den Mietvertrag auf 6 Monate befristen, um zu sehen ob das klappt und ob sich alle Beteiligten wohlfühlen. Danach kann der Vertrag individuell verlängert werden.

Our old roommate is moving out for his Master studies and therefore we are looking for a new person for our WG in Wedding.
Lenni is studying "Teacher in Chemistry & Arbeitswirtschaft" and is just finishing his Bachelor and I (Maxim) am studying Biology Master (focus on plant sciences) at the Freie Universität. Both of us are working part time while studying.
The atmosphere is relaxed and uncomplicated - we can talk about everything and we like to spend time together. But sometimes there is a lot to do and then you just take care of your things, so everything is very relaxed and casual. We also have wonderful neighbors on all floors with whom we like to have a beer. Everything is shared, but it doesn't have to be. Everyone is welcome!
At the beginning we would limit the lease to 6 months to see if it works out and if all parties feel comfortable. After that, the contract can be extended individually.
