Zimmer 13 m² groß und unmöbiliert aber Bettgestell (nicht das auf dem Bild) könnte gegen Ablöse abgenommen werden, mit Fenster zum Innenhof. Anmeldung ist möglich!
Unser Balkon ist mega! Im Sommer ist ab Mittags auch die Sonne am Start bis zum Sonnentuntergang:-)
The room is 13 m² and comes unfurnished (you could buy the bed frame, not the one on the pic though) and has a window to the inner courtyard. Anmeldung is possible!
We have an amazing balcony where you can enjoy the sun in summer and watch the sunset:-)
Die Lage ist traumhaft, mitten im Sprengelkiez und direkt am Ufer. Es gibt viele Cafes und Restaurants, aber auch nette Stellen am Ufer. Der Plötzensee und die Rehberge sind auch in der Nähe, was besonders im Sommer mega ist.
Öffis: U6, U9, Ringbahn alle ca 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Wir, Giovanni (29, Student und zieht leider im März aus) und Sarina (29, arbeitssuchend im sozialen Bereich, trifft sich gern mit Freunden, hat ihre kreative Phasen, liebt die Natur und geht gerne feiern usw) sind beide sehr entspannte Menschen, die gerne zusammen brunchen, kochen, Tischtennis spielen oder zusammen abhängen. Aber wir geben uns natürlich auch gegenseit genug Freiraum und jeder macht so sein Ding.
Wen wir suchen:
Easy going humorvolle Person, sicheres Einkommen (müssen uns absichern), uns egal was du isst, hauptsache du räumst danach auf und bist selbständig, du solltest offen, respektvoll und unkompliziert sein, jemanden der uns vielleicht zum Sport machen motiviert weil wir sonst zu faul sind.
Wenn du uns schreibt dann nenne bitte direkt am Anfang EINEN Grund warum du der/die perfekte Mitbewohner*in wärst und was deine Lieblingseissorte ist :-)

We, Giovanni (28, student and will, unfortunately, move out in March) and Sarina (29, currently looking for work in the social field, has her creative phases loves nature, meeting her friends, and also likes to party;-) ) are two easy going people that like to brunch and cook together. We also play table tennis and just chill together. We obviously also spend time apart from each other :-D
What we are looking for:
Easy going and fun person, stable income (sorry but we need to be sure you can pay your rent), we literally don't care what you eat as long as you clean after yourself, you should be open-minded, respectful and down to earth, someone that can maybe motivate us to do sport because we are waaay too lazy.
Okay, that's it. If you text us then firstly please tell us ONE reason why you would be the perfect roomie for us and your favourite ice cream.
Ist noch unklar, ob das Zimmer nur bis 01.03.2022 bewohnbar ist oder unbefristet ist. Das klärt sich aber hoffentlich bald.
Not sure yet if the room is only available until 01.03.2022 or indefinite, but it will hopefully be sorted out soon.
