The room is on the 4th floor and is quite bright. The building has an elevator and its quite well maintained. The room itself is 20 m2. The room is fully furnished: ergonomic chair, sonos speaker, ambient hue light, happy plants. Would appreciate it if you could water them while Im away. Its winter so they dont need a lot of water.
I might come back a few days longer than stated in the add, so you might stay longer if necessary.
Its not a party apartment, it has more of a chill vibes, as you can see from the pictures. No Anmeldung possible unfortunately. When writing, I would appreciate if you could you tell me a bit about yourself.
The apartment is 100meters from Mullerstrasse and you have everything there, Rewe, 2 DMs in 200 meters, Bio Company, Turkish places, Saturdays Market, Post, Denns... everything.
Its very well connected as well, UBahn Seestrasse is super close, Plotsensee is 1.7 km from the flat, S Bahn Wedding is at the same distance.
There are a few second hand places around with cute-weird stuff.
You will be living with Natasa, she works from home and the office and is super nice :) She is a graphic designer and a music producer that studied Japanese.
The kitchen has everything you need, spices included :) I would leave some place in the fridge and some free shelves so you can put your stuff there. I do separate the garbage, Natasa does it because I do it, but Im sure you can talk and find a way that works for the both of you.
The building is warm so it would be great if you were taking care not to use too much heating.
