Big furnished room with two windows.
Furniture includes a double bed, big desk, one drawers, two-person sofa, one-person sofa, and closet.
You will be sharing the kitchen and the bathroom with two other guys.
I also have a monitor free for use and I will leave blankets pillow towel and linen for you to stay comfortably in the room.
Please make sure the room is clean and washed the sheets before you return the room :)
Five minutes away from Uban Pankstrasse(U8) and 7 minutes away from Oslorstrasse(U8+U9). If you want to walk to Gesunndbrunn it's only 12 minutes.
Very close to Humbolthain, so if you like walking are jogging, that's the right place to go.
Bonus for climber, because it's very close to magic mountain and the bunker ^_<
There are two Rewe, a Lidle and a Kaufland in the area that's nice walking distance in 5-10 minutes.
We also have plenty of restaurants and Lieferando is always an option if you don't feel like cooking.

Maxim: Maxim ist 35 und hat klassisch Wirtschaft studiert. Die letzten Jahre hat er sein eigenes Start-Up aufgebaut. Am Wochenende geht er gerne aus und ist immer für ein Glas guten Wein zu haben. Er fährt leidenschaftlich gerne Motorrad und lernt gerne neue Leute kennen.
René: Ich bin René und mein Zimmer ist jetzt frei geworden, da ich Corona-bedingt gerade nicht in Berlin sein kann. Ich bin 32, fahre gerne Motorrad und arbeite in einem Start-Up. In meiner Freizeit betreibe ich extrem viel Sport, vor allem aber Ultra-Laufen und Calisthenics.
Max is working a lot remotely and he likes to sit in the kitchen when he works so it's very nice to have a conversation with him when he's not on a call. Rene is currently very busy with his startup so you will probably only catch him early in the morning or late at night. Still, he is also very kind and welcoming.
We don't really have a fixed cleaning schedule in the plan but it's important that each of us clean after ourselves.
I am traveling home this 19. October Thursday the earlier you want to move in the better :)
You will have to talk to at least one of my flatmates since it's a wg. So expect at least 2 interviews and if we both get a good feeling from you you can move in :)
