Your 16m2-room has high ceilings, a beautiful wooden floor and two big windows. From your room you can step outside our own little terrace, which is perfect for having BBQs as soon as it gets warmer. Important to know is, you´d be stayin in the living room, that means, there´s also the kitchen (that we´d share of course), like a studio appartment. As you can tell being open and good at communicating it essential; and of course it won´t be a "Zweck-WG". :)
When you look out of your window you see lots of green from the plants around the terrace.
As already mentioned, it´s a renovated Altbau, with high ceilings, wooden floor and terrace. It has about 60m2 and is in the groundfloor, so no annoying stairs to walk up.
It has one bedroom, a super long hallway, that can be used as storage room as well, a modern bath with bathtub ;) and the living room with a multifunctional ktichen.
The U6 Rehberge and the bus 120 are close within two minutes of walking. We have Schillerpark just behind the house and Rehberge park just 10 minutes of walking.
Within 5 minutes of walking you have all hte shops you need, like grocery shops (Müllerhalle), pharmacy and post office.
It is parallel to Müllerstraße, so you have lots of restaurantes and Kebabs.
Seestraße is only one U-Bahn station away, so M10 is super close, too.
