Hey there!
My roommate Pay and I have been living in this amazing WG since September last year. However, my journey in Berlin is ending soon as I have to go back to my home country for work.
So about the room..
The room is 15,6m2.
The windows are on the west side, so you have several hours of direct sunlight entering the room.
You can keep all the furniture I have.
The apartment is
10min away from U9 Amrumer Straße.
7min away from U6 Seestraße
3min away from the nearest tram
There is also a really good coffee shop nearby. And plenty of good places to eat.
So your flatmate will be Pay. It was really nice living with him. We got along really well. From day1 we were both really flexible, easy going and honest with one another. And that worked out pretty well.
Online viewing is not a possibility. For those who are trying to minimize their contact because of Corona. We can definitely arrange a 1-2min fast viewing of the apartment, and a subsequent 1-2 hour meet up in a park nearby to get to know each other.
