Hey there! :)
I'll write in German first and then in English (Ich schreibe erst auf Deutsch und dann auf Englisch).
ENGLISH TRANSLATION HERE
The room is about 5.5 by 2.3 meters and has about 13m². So it is narrow cut, but with good planning it can be arranged very well in any case. The room is very bright and seems larger than it is due to the high ceilings of the old building. You have a window directly to the inner courtyard, which means you don't hear any noise from the street or the like.
The room is unfurnished. Curtain and curtain rod are available and you are welcome to use them. In addition, your previous tenant has installed clothes rods, which you can use without paying for them.
Unfortunately there is no cellar. Bicycle racks are available in the courtyard, which is also locked.
Perfect location - not a minute to the S Wollankstraße and from there you are at Friedrichstraße in less than 15 minutes and only two stops away from Gesundbrunnen. There are nen Rewe, Netto, Denns, kebab shops and bakeries right nearby (and also some shopping center is not soo far away).
I'm just going to present a few positions of mine and it would be cool if you could reference them. So I live vegan and would definitely like to live with a vegetarian, preferably vegan, person - just don't want to have dead animals in my fridge. For me, respectful treatment of nature and the environment also includes trying to live sustainably and consciously (although I don't always succeed at that by any means).
I try - as good as I can - to be anti-racist and feminist and also want to counteract other kinds of discrimination. I also definitely welcome people from the LGBTQIA+ community, people of other nationalities and/or refugee backgrounds, and people with disabilities (note: the apartment is unfortunately not barrier-free).
Now about me:
I study philosophy and art history in the bachelor at the HU, try to read a lot and also be artistically active. For me that means writing short stories or screenplays and hopefully shooting my first short film with some friends soon. I also played guitar for a long time, which I definitely need to brush up on. I like to go running, hiking and play badminton.
I have a long-distance relationship, which is why I often stay with my girlfriend in Würzburg or she comes to visit me. However, this should not be a restriction for you and you have the apartment to yourself from time to time. :)
Otherwise, I am open to joint activities, such as walks, game and movie nights, museum or concert visits. But I also enjoy and need a lot of time for myself alone.
I am looking forward to your message!
