Hier nun ein sehr gemütliches kleines Zimmer das ich ab Anfang März untervermieten möchte.
Es liegt ruhig im Hinterhof und die Nachbarn sind mega nett und verträglich.
In der Wohnung selber gibt es eine kleinere Küche und ein kleines aber auch nettes Bad und das Zimmer meines Mitbewohners Louis.Louis ist ein klasse Mitbewohner, er kocht und ist ordentlich und eine gute Seele.
Mein Zimmer selber ist tagsüber hell, möbliert und du kommst in den Genuss meiner Pflanzen, musst dich aber selber nicht drum kümmern,das macht luois ab und an wenn es für dich passt.
Man kommt in zwei Minuten zur U9 Nauener Platz und in 10 min zur Ringbahn S Wedding.
Ausserdem gibt es diverse Busse z.B. zum Gesundbrunnen (12min).
Vor der Tür gibt es direkt einen guten Falafelladen und einen späti.
Ansonsten ist ein Lidl und ein penny so wie auch ein Stück weiter ein Bioladen in der Nähe.
