After all, the point is to find someone with whom living together works and if you neither read the ad nor write anything about your ideas about the various aspects of living together, then I have no criterion for judging whether living together could work out.. .
The apartment itself is on the ground floor and has three separately accessible rooms. Your room is about 22 square meters. In principle the room is furnished so we should both work together in putting things to order. The apartment has a big balcony, a living-kitchen area, two bedrooms which are on opposite sides of the apartment.
The apartment is on Samoastrasse in Wedding, ground floor, about 5 minutes from the Amrumer Strasse underground station and 2 minutes from the shipping canal. People are therefore very well connected and can sit nicely by the canal or walk in the direction of Plötzensee. There is also an Edeka, a 23/7 Späti and a bus stop just around the corner. After almost three years of living here, I can say with a clear conscience: Wedding is really on the rise! Whilst there is a wide range of dining options from Asian restaurants to falafel stands, as well as a few nice bars, there are now even a few lovely cafes nearby. Everything you need for life is within reach and everything else that the consumerist heart desires can be found on Müllerstraße, which is a 10-15 minute walk away.
TO LIVING IN A WG
To put it in a nutshell: we are friends, but not a flat share party. In other words: We have to maintain a friendly relationship with each other and like to have a beer together in the evening, if we both have the time and feel like it. It should be possible for people to be able and allowed to speak openly and honestly with one another at home and for there to be an opportunity to exchange ideas if there is an urgent need to talk. However, our privacy is equally important to us: we both need a lot of rest and time for ourselves. Therefore, there should be no obligation whatsoever to spend time together even though one really wants to be alone right now. So we don't want to be a flat-sharing community in any sense: living together shouldn't be a pure compulsion, nor should any community compulsion arise.
Order and cleanliness in the common rooms is important to us and after various other methods that didn't work, we now have a cleaning plan. Of course, this does not have to be adhered to to the second, but you should still be able to stick to it. The main point is that everyone should be responsible for their own part of cleanliness and order and manage to do it without the others having to ask them to do it.
I do not want to participate in the competitive nature of the Berlin housing market, as we do not believe in competition and will therefore not organize any mass castings. Of course I would still like to know something about you and since we would like to find someone with whom a real cooperation is possible, it would be nice if you could write something personal about yourself that transcends CVs and self-presentations. Also, please let me know what your favorite book is so we know you've read the entire ad. You should definitely include your cell phone number in the email, as this makes organizing the visit a lot easier, especially if you don't do mass visits.
